Another uninsured driver who doesn't have a licence taken off the roads and reported. #15 #2513 #WalkingHomeForChristmas

If you get pulled over for having no insurance and no full licence, pulling your bumpers off and covering the car in oil isn’t really that clever. Reported for offences. #CRelief #Arelief #PC869 #PC152 #PC2509 #PC0992 #TantrumsWontGetYouAnywhere

Parking patrols at St Michael's church school Cardea. Please be mindful where you park to keep your children safe. It may only be a minute but a minute could be all it takes. Several vehicles moved on. #Safer Parking #Safer Neighbourhoods.#NPTSOUTH #7187#7279

We are fast approaching the festive season and with Christmas shopping well underway, it is important to remember to empty your vehicle and do not leave presents and shopping on display. Keep your valuables out of sight! #6718

Sex offender Alfie Fisher ignored restrictions by forming relationships with women with children and going on holiday.
This week he was jailed for a year after he admitted flouting requirements under the Sexual Offences Act.

Do you live in the north of Peterborough? Our neighbourhoods team (areas they cover in the pic below 👇🏼) will be at Brotherhoods Retail Park on Sunday afternoon to meet with you.
Pop and see them for a chat if you're in the area and get to know the team who looks after where you live.

A man who used an improvised recording device to film up the skirts of strangers in Queensgate shopping Centre, Peterborough has been jailed for 20 months.
In May (2018) Nigel Matt, 56, was caught by security guards filming under the skirt of a female victim.
At court, Peterborough resident Matt pleaded guilty to outraging public decency, admitting that he saved the footage to watch again later.

Two men, aged 19 and 28, have been arrested in connection with a number of thefts from vehicles in the Eye area. They have been bailed to return to Thorpe Wood Police Station later this month while our investigation continues.
Following these arrests, a number of items have been recovered which we are working to identify the owners. We are appealing for any residents in the Eye area who have CCTV footage of vehicle break ins, who have witnessed an offence of this nature or had items stolen from vehicles, to contact us online at www.cambs.police.uk/report and quote35/47879/18 or call us on 101.

#D-Relief officers on proactive patrols in Eye, working hard to apprehend individuals responsible for the series of theft from motor vehicles. Please report any suspicious incidents via 101 or online.#447,#2500

Some great engagement with the local car enthusiast community. However a small number broke away to start street racing, which tarnishes the reputation of the vast majority It's irresponsible and dangerous! Tickets issued for those who were stopped #NPTSouth #TheViking #PC0432

This evening we came across a male tabby cat that had been knocked over on High Street Fletton. Just up from the Working Mans Club. He has been taken to Pengelly & Mize Vets on Park Road, and put to sleep. Sadly we cannot inform the owner as the cat was not chipped. He was an older cat, and was suffering with gingivitis with most of his teeth removed. Please share #7105 #7346

Heads up residents around Central Park. Your neighbourhood police officers will be outside the Buttercross Tea Rooms at 4pm on Sunday if you want to meet, chat or join them for a spot of foot patrol. #480 #1857 #2378 #NPTEast

Thanks for sorting out my theft today! The whole neighbourhood feels better thanks to you guys :)

Thank you to the officers came to my house today. My daughter got home from school then called me to say she thought she could hear someone upstairs. I told her to leave the house immediately, I then called 999. The operator was fab and do were the 6 officers who attended. They were professional, friendly, understanding and kind.

User

I think the police are fantastic. It’s not the officer’s fault that they are under staffed. If people learnt to behave themselves they wouldn’t be so strained. Thank you to every officer and the people behind the scenes

User

The officers do everything they can to ensure a job well done, some great people in their ranks (yes they are people too).

Strapped for funding I know they struggle day in, day out.

Thank you for everything you do.

Policing Peterborough. ? ? ? ? I had my bike stolen from the city centre at 4.50 pm on the 25.05.2016 . The bike thief is on cctv in a private business in the city centre. But the polices 100s of thousands of pounds cctv can't see anything. Then 1 more bike was stolen 3 days later . same time . Same place. Same person. I know you have a lot on your plates and u are pushed for time but If you take 1 officer and set up a bike in Peterborough with a small chain locking it up I am sure that bike ,will keep that officer busy all day and the bike crime in Peterborough will fall like that. problem solved . I am sure you are saying to yourself it can never be that easy ,but yes it can . Same with houses and cars and any other crime don't let them get away with it. the criminals are thinking , I will never get found stealing this but they should be thinking what if I steal this is this the bike that is set up is this the house that's being watched by the police, is this the car. Please take note and don't take this the wrong way. You all do a great job and are under payed and over worked but are we not all.

User

I went through the tedious procedure of reporting a very dangerous driving incident where cctv is in place and they couldn't even be bothered investigating it. Policing costs go up every year and we get less and less for our money. They clearly serve the establishment and not the people.

User

does the police has right to shout on my 3 year old son and make him cry just by being few meters away from my wife while she was taking him to school, they ignore real crimes and pretending being police only on most vulnerable citizens, disgusting.

Shocking

What's the point if you are not going to read evidence
