We went there for my friends birthday and had never been there befor until Saturday night, we left later on in the night and had nothing but good things to say. Me and my friends are quite old school with our music so to us the music was just right and we loved every minute there, good customer service and good price for drinks.
This was my last stop on my hen do on Saturday night, got there around 11.00pm and I had a great time :) wish I had spent all of my hen do here, the old tunes were great 😊Would definitely recommend 😊👍
Love this place! Sat night as usual was a great night had by all and of course my fav doorman was some handsome eye candy!!

I travel 180 miles down every 4weeks to come to reflex with my friends, haven't had a bad night there! Bar staff are always friendly, especially the jagerbomb lady ;) and door staff always make us feel safe! X

Great fun! The difference between everywhere else and Reflex is that everyone in Reflex is having a great time! Love the tunes and love that they are so strict on checking ages etc. Had a great night!
Been a regular for over 6 years now and I just love Reflex!!!!! the moving dance floor is just awesome although a bigger one would be even more awesome!!!!!!!! staff, managers and security are always friendly here too, they always make me feel very welcome to be inside the venue.
We went to Reflex on Saturday 17.6.17, we all had a wonderful time celebrating my fiancé's 30th Birthday :) Thank you to SID and the staff for decorating the area and bringing out my fiancé's cake and also covering it with cling film so we could take it home in one piece. We really appreciate your hard work and helping us throw an amazing party. X
Like all places they cannot please everyone all of the time :). In my experience, I usually have a really fun night there. The staff seem on the ball and friendly. I don't have any hesitation in saying "give it a try". I like the 80s theme decor as well.
I had a great new years eve last night in reflex great club many good moments i shared whould deffeninatly visit in the future again. 4 stars

Have always loved this place as I'm a massive 80's fan! But we got in and the music changed to Britney Spears so I went up to the DJ and asked why aren't you playing 80's? He got really annoyed and was really rude, he said I've been playing 80's all f**king night. Why he had a Santa � hat on I'll never know should've been bah humbug.. We paid £7 for the privilege to get in. Really disappointing only stayed for the one drink and left.
I had amazing time and I love reflex but hiring out an area is horrible we was put by the door so every person was dumping there coats and drinks in our are or coming to sit we didn't even get our bottle of bubbly till we asked and even then they wanted proof they didn't greet us nothing so on that note was really poor but other the. That it was fab

They let too many people in so there is no room to dance, stand, sit or in fact breathe. Very slow bar service due to under staffing and one absurdly rude female member of the staff - disgustingly rude to customers all evening..not really sure why she decided to work with people as she seems to hate them all!
Watford has some much better bars - a night in Reflex is not worth their entrance fee. AVOID!
Also have to mention one bouncer in particular...tall, bald, South African man. Have seen him mentioned quite negatively in other reviews online - he is a foul man who requires further training for his role. The way he spoke to and man-handled customers was enough to make us leave on the spot.

I used to work here in the glory days. Tonight I didn't hear an 80's song for an hour. Actually....still waiting. Reflex - The 80's Bar. A joke. If I wanted 00's crap I would have gone to Oceana. It's sad.
Absolutely inefficient staff at the bar. We had to wait over 30 minutes for a drink. Were first in the queue but the lady at the bar kept serving everybody behind, except us. When I told her that we've been waiting over 30 minutes she tells me that everybody is waiting and I need to stop being rude!!?? Never going back to this place!!
