Initial 20 minute consultation. Also Swimming tuition; a Bespoke one-to-one exercise programme; and healing therapies of Energy healing, Reiki Seichem, and Ear candling.

I am a fully qualified Swimming Teacher with over 17 years experience and a registered Holistic Therapist with The Beauty Guild and Reiki & Seichem Association.
