Excellent service from Potteries Domestics today when my washing machine developed a fault. My initial phone call was very friendly with a very quick call back with an estimated time the engineer would call. Engineer arrived within an hour and was also very friendly, gave me a quote which was accepted and the job was done immediately. Even took my card payment over the phone. 😊
