Staff are amazing, really work so hard to make your stay great. Both breakfast and evening teams were outstanding kudos to the whole team

Really well placed in apart of london which is great for access to the rest of the city surrounded by pubs and lots of places to eat, lovely friendly helpful staff will stay again.

Lovely clean room, sparkling bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. Booked for 1 night as we were going to a concert at the O2, so it was convenient for Southwark tube, direct line the Greenwich.

Also convenient for Tate Modern, and many of the attractions on the South Bank

All in all a good stay thank you

I stayed here from the night of the 28th Jan until the morning of the 31st, had 3 breakfasts and 2 dinners in the restaurant downstairs.



The staff were fantastic, polite and curteous, couldn’t be more helpful and worked quickly.



The food was lovely, i had the Sweet Potato, spinach and fta lasagne, it was very nice if not lt a little small.



The room was clean and well kept. Cleaned each day and linens / towels replaced daily.

Hello, I wanted to thanks all the night team of Saturday 3 June to have lodged us and protect while the attack of the London bridge !! Thank you to all the staff for giving us cushions and blankets to spend a decent night after the horrible events we had just endured at the borough market. You have been very professional! Thank you so Much ! ����

Great 3 night stay at possibly the worst time during The London Bridge cowards attack. The staff were brilliant and friendly all the time. The rooms are comfy and clean. The brekkies are brilliant for fueling up for a day out in the city and it's a great central location. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel safe XXX

Friendly staff, good food, nice quiet sleep. Only downside, small bar area but didn’t affect the stay in any way. Highly recommended.

First of all, very big thumbs up for the people who work there!!!. From check in , breakfast, house staff. It doesn't get better! Friendly, very helpful.

Very good location for the Shard , we had a good stay even though it was just 1 night !!! Staff very helpful & pleasant ����

Stayed here 2 nights. Staff was friendly. I like the fact that a room key is required for elevator use. Breakfast was very good with sufficient selection. Bathroom was modern and clean. Beds are comfortable. Small TV, hairdryer in room, iron and board by request, no refrigerator. Short walk to the subway. Nice walk along the river nearby.

On the whole, a very good place to stay, however would not recommend being put in the end room(think it was 116) as the staff door was opened and closed very early on the 2nd night of our stay from about 2 or 4 a.m. on the good side, the staff are always very helpful and accommodating for my special needs child.

My friend & I stayed here last night. The room was clean and it was quiet apart from a random noise which went on throughout the night. However, it wasnt too loud so we slept through it. I would stay here again.

I have stayed 2-3 nights every other week from June and I can't fault the place or the staff. Always willing to help and rooms are always clean and tidy. I've stayed in more expensive hotels which aren't a patch on PI.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel,the room is very good,nice toilet,amazing confortable bed and the staff are really good and always willing to help,but next time I'll book the hotel closer to the city (my family booked this one)😂😂😂

Great location for all sort of South Bank exploration. The staff were friendly, welcoming and willing to help resolve problems.

Directly opposite is a large convenience shop, handy for sandwich snacks as there is no lunch time service.

2nd time I've been to this one and, astonishingly, the same problems!!! The bath leaks, so the bathroom floor is wet after a bath. Also, the hot water isn't, so a bath lasts 15 minutes with no chance of a top up. Aside from that, great place, great location, loads of amenities and fabulous staff.

Rang to arrange a little birthday suprise(cake or pudding and a glass of wine) for my mum who was staying here tonight. Shame that when I called they advised they dont do room service so couldnt help with this even though they have an onsite restaurant. Even more of a shame that I firstly incorrectly rang Premier Inn Southwark Bourough High street and a lady called Oretha offered to arrange for a cake to be purchased and delivered to my mums room, even though they dont have an onsite restaurant. Maybe Oretha needs to give the staff here some great customer service tips as she was willing to go above and beyond.

Been sitting in your restaurant now for over an hour since I ordered my one course. Gin and tonic drunk and no one has approached me regarding an apology or do I want/ need another drink. Terrible service - let’s just hope the food makes up for it ?

Stayed there for Christmas season and was not impressed, hot water was not hot was cold moved us to few rooms all had same problem. Went out for the whole day come back find our door was left open all day and our room was by lift anyone could walked in and took our personal belongings. Reported it but they did not really care at all would never go back.
