Wonderful,clean,and cosy,beds were great so comfy the staff are exceptional,trevis,and Daniel in particular were so kind,courteous,and extremely helpful,going out of their way to make a stay nice,the breakfast was delicious, and set us up for the day,we will definitely be back!,(the Irish girls).x

Stayed there for the last three weeks. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms very tidy bed comfortable. Morning breakfast just like home just perfect. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Spotless room, comfortable bed, friendly service. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Reception from Travis in the evening was exceptional, he could not do enough to make us comfortable.

Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice, and the cooked breakfast of choice was done to order, so hot and tasty.

My experience was delightful! The night and day staff were kind and splendid! It was very clean, the room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfy. I would like to thank in particular two of the staff that were very kind to me, Trevis and Michelle, who were amazing! I will definitely come back here!

Always friendly here staff here very good and attentive .parking loads of spaces great breakfast chef! Avoid the Toby inn next door food is over cooked and tasteless for an evening meal go right from the hotel down the hill into buckhurst village

We stayed over in room 203 on Sat 16th Jan 2016, my 6 year old son unfortunately lost his Teddy during our stay, if you are staying in room 203 and find him, please please please hand him in. I have a heartbroken son

Underground station ten minute walk away. Central line straight into London is about 40 minutes.

We were at a concert at the Olympic Stadium, Stratford, about 20 minutes on the tube.

Hotel clean and tidy. Shower good and hot. Well looked after by the guys. our sink was blocked si Daniel swapped our room,moved all our stuff whilst we were out. Putting every thing exactly how we had it in the other . Quite funny,but a nice touch. They must ha e photographed every thing...

Hard to argue staying elsewhere.

I got a real good deal, more than happy with the experience. Would definitely stay again if I got the room for the same price.

Good hotel, great breakfast, do not have the barely warm carvery next door.

Friendly staff , comfy clean room. Nice lot of choice for breakfast .............

Very comfortable



Only issue was they did not replenish the drinks machine when we needed water.
