The staff are lovely and they do not rush you out

even when you have finished your meal.

Looking forward to going back soon.

The food was good .service good.will definitely be going again in a couple of weeks time.

The Steak and Rocket pizza was one of the best I've ever had in my life. The server lady was very helpful and prompt. I will return and highly recommend this place

Edit- having read the other reviews, I wonder if I have been at a different restaurant? All the members of staff were happy consistently, even as it got busy!

Prezzo Buckhurst Hill is a great place for lunch or dinner with an excellent and varied menu. The staff are delight and make sure you have an enjoyable meal. Can fully recommend it if you are looking for a place to eat.

I had the salmon with spaghetti...

Normally it's chunks of salmon but this time it looked and texture was like tinned salmon....still enjoyed it tho...

Had a really nice evening. The staff were very friendly & helpful and the food was lovely.

Food was lovely, service good......but it was a bit chilly in there- air conditioning too high!!

The set summer menu they have is a bit miss leading as states at the top with a drink but on both 2 and 3 courses and a £2charge if wanting the cocktail drinks which was fine but the bill came there is another £1 charge so making it £3 on most drinks but thats not clear...so as to what drinks are free with meal we didn't find out.

Food was good waiting staff are always so miserable looking and not that attentive even though the put a service charge on it almost feels like they don't have to work for the tip as it's already a guarantee.

We hade amazing food congratulations for the chef , but unfortunately the customer service was very poor and We had a lady with so short wite skirt (suit) every time when she has to clean the table you can see everything I don’t think this is very professional specially when people eating this is dressing for club not restaurant Sorry really destroyed my day

Had to wait too long for drinks & starters, main's of Sea Bass filet was way over cooked & very dry, literally crispy. Food came in drips & drabs.... leaving very hungry & upset kids, barely kept entertained by the colouring sheet provided. Desserts situation the same, waited too long. It was not even busy. Used to be a good local place, hope they get it back to the standard it was ;(

Just had the most awful customer service from the supposed general manager, Renata.



Refused to apologise and full of excuses.



She could learn a thing or two from her staff, in particular Alex who was very attentive, understanding and apologised without prompting.



When I asked the manager for her name written down so that I could complain afterwards (and then had to ask again after 30mins) she produced a scribbled effort on a scrap of paper saying that she had nothing else to write it on. This is despite there being a stack of business cards by the the front door!



Her attitude was incredulous - gave me no option of how to complain about her and couldn't believe that I would want to.



The night was ruined by her
