Our local Prezzos is close by and convenient for an end of week meal. Last night was perfect, the service was excellent, our food was served promptly with a smile and lighthearted conversation.we were made to feel very welcome - thank you !

Every time I have been in the service has been great they and food even better. I never get what people say about prezzos I have been at different times of day and it has been great.

The service and food was very good. Restaurant was very clean and staff friendly.

The food was far better than we expected, but the drinks are very over priced. The one criticism I have is that the female waiting staff seemed to think long polished nails is a good idea in a food handling environment. One waitress had to practically bend her fingers back to pick up an empty plate her nails were so long.

Lovely food but the drinks were very expensive. We ordered the weekend menu which was £14 per head for 3 courses. For two the bill came to £50 because we had one wine, two cokes and 2 coffees!!!!

Went in tonight as a family of 4 (2+2).

Took about 45 minutes to get the main courses (we didn't have starters). After we had finished eating, despite speaking to the same waiter twice, it took a visit to the bar, after another 30 minute wait, to order our desserts.

All totalled it took 2 hours for 2 courses.



Cannot fault the taste or temperature of the food. But service was so slow!

Great food but terrible service. The staff need to be more attentive. They either try to take your order too early, when you're clearly still reading the menu. Then when you do try to attract their attention they ignore you. After receiving our bill our waitress then completely ignored us while she cleared other tables, then she dissappeared for a while. Next time we see her she's got her coat on and is leaving. I ended up going up to the counter to pay. On the bright side, the £12 tip that I'd initially had ready went back in my pocket.

We've been eating at Prezzo restaurants for years now but the Dereham branch has been a bit of a letdown the few times we've been.

Staff are lovely and the new restaurant is nice and clean, but the food hasn't been all that.

Foods been burnt, taken a long time to come out when you've been the first customer of the day!

On one occasion the waitress came out and apologised for the wait and said that our food had been burnt, so she sent it back, and when our meals did come out, they were cold.

Very slow service, we were a table of eight but no one came to take our drinks order for at least 20 minutes, it took an hour to take our food order. Very slow service. Just before our meals were ready a young waiter came and apologised for the delay saying they had to send 2 meals back as they were over cooked, great impression. Some of Athens meals were a little well done but edible. No one came back to check we were okay. Have to say this was my first visit but it will be my last

The food was good, but the service was not. We asked for the service charge to be removed from the bill and would happily have explained why, but weren't even asked. The staff are letting the quality of food down.

Me and partner had a meal there last night service was poor slow and got orders wrong. And was not impressed with the food that was served especially for the prices they charge.

Food was warm. There were 4 of us and our starters were warm not hot our mains were the same, when I said to waitress about it she said they are busy and it takes a long time to get food out to pple. First visit to prezzo and not impressed

We went to Prezzo East Dereham tonight, the restaurant wasn’t busy so only a third full. Our starters came out including x3 calamaris which were all cold, not even luke warm. We thought we’d let it slide as they had taken so long to come out - 50mins! Our mains then came out and these were all luke warm, one of us had chicken ravioli, the inside was cold. We sent it back to be heated, tried it again and the inside was still cold, we sent this back and asked for it to be removed from the bill, which it was. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco and only managed not even a third of the bottle so we were about to take this home with us (as it cost £26!) and were told it was not allowed to be removed from the premises.

We used our 30% off voucher, which only discounted money off our food and not drinks.

All in all, very poor quality meal, the waiter service was fine and they were apologetic, the standard of cleanliness in the toilets was also poor. I would not recommend anyone eating here, this is the 2nd poor meal we have had here, definitely won’t be returning. Is such a shame as with the right management and higher standards this could flourish in the busy town of Dereham.

Very disappointing meal, firstly when confirming our booking for a birthday meal for ten it hadn't been put in the diary so lucky I checked. One starter from our group was missing, then to top it off two chicken salads had RAW chicken in. Luckily it was noticed early as one was a pregnant lady. Such a shame.

I have been to prezzo in Dereham a few times but last night the lasagna was horrible it was microwaved or tasted like it Gary had chicken wild mushroom ravioli and had no taste to it so will not be recommending this restaurant

Both times service was very poor. Took a long time each time to even take our orders and then an even longer wait for food, it has never been busy when in there and have always booked when a large group of us so the staff were aware there would be plenty of us so no excuse for the bad service and long wait especially when the rest of the restaurant was empty. The food isn’t worth the price you pay, far too expensive. I ordered a starter on one occasion that I was then told wasn’t available, so picked something else, our orders came and the original starter I asked for was given to me. I said that I didn’t order it to be told that it was available again so they’d brought it to me. I should have been asked which I wanted. Have been disappointed every time. Would not recommend purely on service.

Dreadful experience! Food cold so sent back. When it was returned it still cold. Excuse given that the plate warmer was broken! Even so the food was far too cold.

Left only paying for drinks

Awful service, not a nice atmosphere, was told it was fully booked and we had to go at 6.30.. when in reality less than half of the restaurant was full and they was still turning people away & food was poor quality/wrong dishes brought out & we wasn't allowed to split our bill either.. not coming back.
