relative to other places in Galleria, this is hands down the best.

We visited for the first time on Thursday evening for our sons birthday. Firstly the service was amazing, very happy members of staff and so efficient and polite. The food arrived quickly and was delicious - my youngest said it was the nicest pizza he'd ever eaten :) (he's tried quite a few) we all thought the food was perfect. All in all a great experience and will definitely be back again!! Thank you for a lovely evening :)

Took my son for a birthday meal yesterday, he eats a lot of food and was impressed with the size of the portions. Normally when you get large portions you have little flavour but this was not the case the food was delicious. Staff were friendly and service was very good. Would definitely eat there again.

This is our second visit there in about three weeks. Both visits have been equally as good . We were seated promptly and have had absolutely superb service.

The food has been excellent and very good value for money.

Nice friendly atmosphere, loverly waitresses and the food was wonderful and plenty of it. Happy with the price's, well worth it.

Had a great time at Prezzo. The waitress was lovely to my little grandson. The food was lovely and I recommend the cheesecake

The decor is lovely, very atmospheric. Waiters here need some basis training on how to wait tables e.g. Clearing tables before everyone is finished, not making eye contact, being snooty.

Food was pleasant but very small portions. Prosecco was room temperature. Desert was nice. I wouldn't go back unfortunately.

Nice restaurant, good food, unfortunately there was an extremely long wait for our meals, and between courses, but lucky for us we had no time restraints. Not enough staff working on a Sunday lunchtime.

We then ordered our lunch and waited at least 30/40 minutes To have our food served, after seeing people who came in after us get there meals before us.

I hadn't even finished eating and our table was being cleared of dishes and asked if we would like dessert, Would have been nice to have been asked if we had ALL finished before clearing wasn't like anyone was waiting for a table it was quite.

Was made to feel like had done something wrong, maybe asking for the lunch menu �

So the question is would I return again? No. Not this this one

Unfortunately the most disappointing experience at Prezzo to date. The service was very slow and the waitresses were not attentive at all. They preferred talking with each other at the bar rather than check the food was ok, clear the tables and provide the bill. Always been the girls preferred restaurant for our nights out at the cinema, might have to find an alternative.

Always cold in there. Waitress is never really bothered about you. Its local and the food is good, end of.

Ordered Prezzo takeaway last night (Order no: 148676) - it was awful! Fries were missing from the order, the two pasta meals; prawn and carbonara were dry and tasteless so virtually inedible. The bruschetta was overcooked so like biscuit. This cost us £46.40! We often eat here and have been pleased - so doubly disappointed!! This was the first time we had ordered takeaway - NOT IMPRESSED!!

Not impressed at All, the server's were not attentive in fact they were really rude, the drinks took forever to arrive and thats after asking a few times, then to be served half measures, the toilets were also filthy. i will defiantly have to think about ever returning here... such a shame because I did like it...

Me and my family visited this establishment on the 8th of February about 7.20 for dinner and we were unimpressed to say the least. Firstly we had to wait 20minutes for our drink ordered to be taken so decided to order food at the same time as it had taken so long to take a drink order. We waited a further 20minutes for the drinks to come and when they did all the glasses were dirty. We sent the glasses back and waited at least another 20minutes before asking the female manager for glasses to drink out of. It was then we saw our starters waiting on the pass. We sat back down, waited, waited and waited. She brought clean glasses finally(the female manager) and we asked if the starters were going to be ran to our table. Well the manager couldn't even understand what we were saying and after spelling it out in lamens terms she finally went and got them. Black char all over the bottom of our garlic bread and all on the plate which I have taken pictures of. We mentioned this to the manager but she didn't seem in the least bit bothered. The mains arrived, again pizzas all black underneath and brown salad. We ate what was eadable and swiftly left. We then went next door to Burger King and ordered burgers and desserts. As a regular guest at Prezzo we were all very disappointed to say the least. No discount was offered on the bill for the appalling food. Also I suggest you replace the female manager as she has no idea of how to deliver good customer service, there was no pride in the food she gave us and in fairness you are just paying her to seat tables and not deal with complaints. I understand you were busy on that night but if you can't deliver your usual high standards then I would suggest you stop seating guests and give the customers what they are paying for, outstanding food and customer service of which we recieved neither .
