The restaurant was buzzing and we hadn't reserved a table as were we only two - however we were greeted with a smile and they produced a table from 'upstairs' and accommodated us I actually commented 'that was a nice way to be greeted ' . We had a great evening the service was friendly and attentive and the food and drink as always excellent. We will return.

Staff very good , nice smile when greeted, food good , was asked if everything was alright , I asked for potatoes, but only a few left, which she gave me, the waitress was very apologetic , and bought a big bowl of chips. Really enjoyed our visit and will go again

Just been to prezzo in St Neots Monday evening with my husband, food was excellent and really delicious to eat and the waitress is very good and food was on time and we have enjoyed it very much and would love to go again x

It was really busy in there last night and I didn't expect to get a table but after a short wait at the bar a table opened up.The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive!

I've never eaten there before but will definitely go again!

Food was excellent, the staff was lovely although we did have to remind them we was still waiting for our drinks,that said our waitress was new so that's probably to be expected 👍

Yes it was lovely food and good service. Quite noisy though as the restaurant filled up and very cold every time someone opened the door! Would definitely ask not to be seated there again!

Went for diner after the movies with my two children. Lovely food and staff very attentive until after the mains are delivered. After that we waiting a rather long time and had to end up asking for the kids desserts. Was served by two polite waitresses but when got the bill it was wrong due to lack of communication between the two waitresses.

Food was lovely but only 2 members of staff plus the chef on shift and was half term so rather busy waited a while for drink order but there was only 2 of them bless but food was hot and delishous and despite being busy they found time to check we was ok and attended to our needs when they could.

First time we have eaten at Prezzo very impressed the food was excellent and service good would definitely go again.

The food was great and the waiting staff were lovely. However we were sat directly in front of the pizza oven, we found it uncomfortable and awkward when the (I’m guessing) head chef would shout at the other chefs and waitresses. Especially when the chef had an issue with my order and the fact I wanted chilli added to my pizza and shouted at the waitress, for her simply telling him it should had had the extra topping! Despite it being his mistake, she got yelled at. All a little awkward. Other than that, it was a great evening with delicious food!

My favourite place to eat in St Neots so absolutely gutted by tonight's service. We waited an hour for our starters, mains came not too long after, plates weren't cleared from our table for ages and then we were left unattended for at least 30 minutes after, at around 10.20 we asked to see a dessert menu after not having been offered one only to be told that, after Monica rolled her eyes at us asking, that the kitchen closed in 5 minutes and we would not be able to have dessert. Seems unfair since the delay was of no fault of ours (there were problems in the kitchen) and I've never known there to be a cut off for dessert. We were then left for a further 15 minutes with them being aware we couldn't have coffee or dessert with no bill arriving. We stated that we would only pay for drinks since Monica was so argumentative to which they agreed. Upon leaving we were actually shouted at from the other side of the restaurant that 'they hoped we had a lovely evening' by Monica that clearly couldn't let it go. Such a shame. Absolutely disgusting service tonight.

Food good ...service poor ....asked for childrens meal with our starter didnt happen ...had to wait quite a while for our meals people who came in aFter us got served before and left ordered chops didnr arrive ....

As per many other reviews, food was very nice but alas service was erratic, so much so I gave up waiting for my coffee. Shame really.

Very mediocre- we were a table of 20 so all in all service was pretty good. We pre-ordered our meals- I was given completely wrong dish- no problem they made a fresh dish for me but it just meant that I was eating and most others had finished- disappointed by my spices prawn pasta dish- huge dish of pasta but only 5 prawns in it!!😱😱😱😱

Bones in salmon pasta- should be easy to remove.

Free desert on house as apology

Worst vegan option for evening meal with friends from Prezzo tonight. Undercooked dough and spread of tomato, dried basil sparingly and 1 inch of vegan cheese. Thanks Prezzo for spoiling my evening and shame on you for inedible food. No wonder your outlets are closing. Going down hill and caring less.

Poor, slow service. Food cold, sent back twice to be reheated. Will think twice before returning. F&B next door a better bet I think.
