My first visit to prezzo starters ,calamari prawns in tomato with garlic pitta ,we shared main meal sea bass was deliciouse ,service good ,would definantly go again

I had the fish risotto it was so tasty, I would decently have it again, the staff there were really friendly too

Great place to eat, service quick and food nice. Only had the one off day there where the service was slow. Excellent that they take Tesco Clubcard vouchers.

Friendly atmosphere'

My last visit at Prezzo lakeside was just perfect. Food was very nice and tasty all staff attended and polite with manager ensuring all the time if we having good time. Definitely would com back.

Food was lovely and tasty also the service was very good lovely italian restaurant

Food always great. 40% off mains voucher a bonus. Nice touch with glass of iced water with double espresso. Service absolutely fine. Consistently very good.

First time we had been for my partners birthday and I purchased some vouchers from buy a gift.

It would have been nice to have a greater selection on the set menu, but the food we had was flawless, so tasty and would highly recommend

We gave the waitress our discount code wen we ordered our meal. However wen the bill came it wasnt taken off. We had 2 get them 2 change it. However food lovely as always.

Met up with some friends for lunch. We were given a table in a corner, which was great. Good service and food. Address details need amending on here though, as West Thurrock is in Essex not Kent.

No one waiting to seat us but eventually someone pointed at us just to sit down. Ordered drinks and then meals. Both happy with our pasta dishes. Dessert also very nice. Just felt a bit neglected in the end as once dishes taken away no one came to ask if we wanted coffee/more drinks etc or the bill! Then when we got the bill the waitress just assumed we didn’t have a discount code and gave us a bit of a discount and said “I didn’t know you didn’t say” and argued with us when we said we told the guy that took our order!

I love italian food and Prezzo is my favourite chain of restaurant so i've eaten in many of their restaurants.Ive always had great service and have never been disappointed with the food.I personally have found the service at the lakeside restaurant very good and have no complaints.

Been there for the last 2 weeks as a treat on Sunday. Last week service very good food also very good. This week service not as good had trouble just to get glasses of water. But we will go back.

Please enough restaurant, got seated easily as there were not too busy, lots of different waitress's so got asked twice if we wanted to oreder! How do you tip if you have so many it's not so personal, garlic cheese beard and olives to start, garlic cheese bread did not taste of garlic, olives were find. I had chicken and advacado salad it was lovely it had a honey and mustard dressing which completmemted the salad well, Pinot Grigio was ok not the best I have tasted but also not the worst. No dessert as our main had filled me up. Service was ok mains were very good.

Meals were mostly great, apart from a cheese & chicken carbonara (so dry, it couldn't be eaten). We do eat here often but never when the temp outside was extremely high, unfortunately the air con inside was non existent and we were struggling to enjoy our meals as we were so hot.

Food was excellent although no parmasan cheese was offered to accompany the children's pasta. Service was surly, staff wouldn't crack a smile or share any pleasantries!! Tip reflected that, which would be good for the staff to remember!!

Food was ok when we got it eventually after a 20 minute wait for table and 45 minute wait for food and only 3 of us !!! Only to be told sorry we are quite busy !

Worst Prezzo I have ever been too!

I have been to many across the country and this had to be the worst.

Not necessarily down to the food but the staff.

We ordered 2 drinks and a jug of water at the start of our meal and 30 minutes later still nothing.

During this time we asked our waitress twice and another lady once.

THREE TIMES. And no one could bring me some water??

No one checked on us at all during our meal.

Never again

Was a terrible experience the salad served was not fresh and in very poor condition, when we approached the staff she took the plate away, we waited a while for the chef to slam the same food down not only the same dish but by now the chicken was cold along with the hard cold bread, we felt uncomfortable and staff where then very rude to us and could see the food was not touch and could also see the poor condition of it and done nothing. Don't waste your money here !!
