Sorry that someone else had such a bad experience. We went yesterday with a voucher for free Prosecco for my husbands birthday. The service was good, the staff pleasant and polite and the food good. Don't think we have ever had a bad experience there. Glad to see they are doing some 'lighter' meals now, complete with calorie count. Much better for those of us who need to watch what we eat.

Went out for a weekday 8pm girlie meal with a friend. The atmosphere was nice for a catchup and waiter attentive when we arrived. It was nice to see Vegetarians are well catered for and that there was a few vegan options on the menu for me. The food was tasty, lots of it but not as hot as i would have liked, but I still ate it. I was disappointed though that there were no vegan desserts or no non-dairy milk for coffee so they offered me skimmed milk as a substitute (still dairy!). Also we sat for half and hour waiting to for someone to appear to get our bill but sadly had to get up and find someone.



I'd say it's a nice place to eat out and have a chat if you're not in a hurry and a flexible veggie.

Service is disgusting, we went in there with a Groupon voucher, you'd think because we had a voucher we weren't as important as other customers .. despite them having gone to the trouble of putting a Groupon menu together, won't be coming back as they couldn't manage to out our order together without going backwards and forwards to the manager, the same when it cane to the bill as they'd done that wrong, and in top of that we were still waiting on our drinks when we got our seats after other people arrived after us and got their order promptly

Manager was rude, the wait for setting was 10 minutes and theb an extra 15 minutes once seated to even get them to take our order. Timing was shocking starters arrived before the drinks and had been sat waiting on the side for 5 minutes before being brought to the table (was seated directly infront of kitchen in a small corner). The mains were shocking and was extremely bland with no taste. I did rate prezzo very highly from previous trips to other restaurants and was introducing it to the other half and both left extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with service, food and staff. The staff didn't acknowledge us for 15 minutes and had walked past us over 5 times. The manager had noticed us waiting at the door and didn't think to even be polite and say that there would be a wait. When complained to a member of staff he past it onto his manager and he apologised but all the manager did was take drinks off the price of the bill and didn't even speak and just dumped the recipe on the table and walked away. Extremely unimpressed and would not recommend this particular restaurant to anyone I know.
