Nice place to eat with pleasant staff. Prices are okay and the menu choices were varied and tasteful. Went with a large group and no one was disappointed. Liked that on parts of the menu there were the calory values printed.

I booked a table for last night, as a surprise hen meal for my friend. The chap was extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs. Such a great help and followed the secret plan perfectly! A credit to you, thank you very much! X

Possibly the least friendly restaurant staff I've ever encounted; left us waiting for ages to pay and claimed a Prezzo Gift Card was out of date when it wasn't. They also don't bother to respond to complaints.

Went recently for a meal with husband and as we have 2 young children time together does not happen very often so we both were looking forward to us time. From the time we entered the staff were unwelcoming and we were put out the back. The starters were not very nice and mentioned to the waiter but nothing was done. We ordered a drink and had to remind waiter for our drinks by this point we were the only people in there. Then others turned up and within half an hour the other 3 tables around us were occupied and all of the front of restaurant was empty so was noisy and could not hear each other. My husband went to the toilet and said they were disgusting and urine on floor and around toilet.

Such a disappointment and will never be returning.

Went for a meal with 9 friends ,the staff were very unfriendly,when our waiter came to our table he was very arrogant, and when a friend asked what was the risotto was like he said he didn't like it and that was that ,they then didn't get our order right so obviously he couldn't be bothered to right it down right so had to ask for my starter and a friends ,the waitress then cleared the plates from the table and reached across me when I hadn't even finished my food which I found very rude , we then saw the waiter who served us first and said he could do with putting a smile on his face as he was very unwelcoming and he told us to f*** off ,we call the manager who didn't believe us and said the waiter we were talking about had left off , we told him he had just walked though to the kitchen ,and was told this has never happened before but reading the reviews it has happened before ,so all in all definitely won't be going back here again and as I work with the public will be telling everyone how awful our experience was
