Booked last minute on a Friday evening... had no problems, great service and fantastic food!

Food was really good . Staff very attentive without imposing . I know we all have bad days but our waitress never smiled once and did not gave a total of bill when asked

Always lovely food and pleasant staff, only problem was after the waitress asked us if we wanted sides and we agreed to chips, no chips came, luckily it wasn't on the bill either.

First time they've ever done anything like this, this is still one of my fave prezzos

A very pleasant experience .food good ,service excellent, staff polite and helpful .A good evening was had by all of us .

Food was lovely and staff were very welcoming and friendly, good price as well, the only reason im giving it a 3/5 is because the tables were far to close together so we felt we had no privacy and everyone was listening to us talk, and vica verca, just wish the tables were a bit more seperated so it didnt feel like you were having dinner with other couples/families

Staff were very unfriendly and weren't happy to accommodate us for a large table we wanted two separate bills but they wouldn't do it.

Nice food but very poor unfriendly service on multiple visits. This is a shame as I liked the food. However Zizzi are happy to have my custom

Tuesday 20th March - 1.45pm (Table for 2 Adults)



Waitress didn't greet us when we arrived (not a good start in my book) and then showed us to the darkest table in the restaurant next to the music speaker. When I politely asked if we could move to another table, the Waitress muttered under her breath, rolled her eyes and then proceeded to have a face like thunder - by god was she miserable!!

We decided to share a pizza (not having the biggest appetites). We explained to the Waitress that Hertford Prezzo are more than accommodating to making the pizza's smaller & stupidly we thought this restaurant would be the same. It came as one, not cut us so we had to wrestle to cut it and then put it on two tiny side plates. We did ask for bigger plates but they never came!! Side salad had no dressing and very few chips in the portion. They had no Italian ham for our pizza and the Waitress was most irate explaining this as we couldn't understand her.

Needless to say the worst birthday meal I have ever had, the Waitress definitely didn't get a tip & we definitely won't be eating in there again nor would we ever recommend it!!

Really cross, rubbish service and poor managerment, this was at Welwyn garden city,

Didn't even get an apology!

Poor size of food portion, mains the size of a starter, no help from manger after complaining, Have been in loads and this has to be the worst

Not a great visit this lunchtime!! There must have been a blocked drain as it stunk of sewage! Not a nice smell whist trying to eat!! Mentioned it to one of the waitresses who shunned it off and casually said complaints have been made before....!! 'Stand in' manager was sympathetic but would only take a token gesture off the bill. Shouldn't have made more of a fuss but didn't want to make a scene!

I'm afraid I won't be visiting again anytime soon!!

I only gave it 1 star. The food was as usual excellent. Unfortunately this is the worst Prezzo I have been to for service. And I’ve been to many all over the UK.

When we arrived we were greeted by a member of staff who had a face like the proverbial slapped arse!

We were made to wait without any explanation and when we were eventually shown to our table she threw the menus on the table. I wanted to walk out there and then, but we were there to celebrate our granddaughters birthday. And my wife insisted we stay.

The so called waitress was very slapdash, we waited 15 minutes to order drinks.

Although when we got our starters another 20 minutes later it was good. These plates were cleared away and waited another 15-20 minutes to give our orders for our mains.

At the end I asked for the bill and the waitress came back to me and snatched the money from my hand.

She was rude, inattentive and was obviously not at all happy in her job!

I will definitely NOT be returning to this particular Prezzo.

Do not go there. Not a lot to choose from in WGC but this is the worst.
