i visit this place once a week, now they have decided to change the menu,the apola carbonara recipe, its not nice i liked the old one :( why change something thats is so popular in the first place

Went there for my birthday. Fantastic food and staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Such a difference compared to our visit to ipswich buttermarket the day before. Buttermarket ipswich had terrible service. Never go bk to ipswich definitely go back to woodbridge.

we attended Prezzo last night and we're dismayed at the service . We had ordered our mains and whilst the waitresses were chatting at the bar our food was sat on the counter for nearly 10 minutes and although our door was warm enough it was not hot and our friends' was cold ..

The food was however tasty and after the main was changed the service improved ..... It will make us wary about attending this restaurant in the future which was a shame x

Went for tea sunday at 4.45 pm , very quiet ... ordered drinks which came stright away .

Then ordered starter and main .......50 minutes later the starter came �

Then another 20 minutes for main .

Food was OK .



We were sat next to disabled toilet which smelt of sewer water , and it was so cold in there

Wish I never bothered �

I think prezzo in Woodbridge has really gone down hill .

I use to enjoy going there as it was a treat .

Very expensive for drinks, £6.50 for a bottle of beer and also sneaked £15 service charge in the bill, not impressed. Otherwise very nice food and atmosphere.

Very disappointed that although they had a couple of vegan mains, there were no desserts and worse no non dairy milk. Who doesn’t have a non dairy milk option these days!

Took my son last week for a goodbye meal (he was moving out). As soon as we sat down they were ready to take our order. Didn't really get chance to look at the menu properly. food came, pizza/flatbread shall we say it was a little crispy. Came and collected or plates, gave us the dessert menu and left us for half an hour. No apologies not even acknowledged. Decided we would ask for the bill and left. Won't be going back!

Really terrible service. Very poorly organised and staff not very polite or sorry. We had cold starters. Meals and starters out together when they were not ordered like this. Incorrect deserts. The wait time for mains was well over an hour!

Prezzo's Ipswich. What a disappointment! My husband and I were very much looking forward to our 1st meal out together in months being new parents! And sadly we were very much disappointed. Starters were ok, a little bland. I ordered a creamy mushroom pasta dish, which turned out to be plain very wet pasta with a few mushrooms and veg mixed in but absolutely so creamy mushroom sauce, was so plain I gave up eating the tasteless dish. Hubby ordered a tomato rabbit pasta, which basically was mixed tomatoes mixed in with sloppy pasta. At least the waitresses we're very nice and made sure we didn't have to pay for our mains.

I can honestly say having been to this prezzo a few times and loved it, tonight was a let down!

There were 4 of us eating and we had all finished our stared bar one person and you could clearly see he was still eating but the waitress still kept coming over and getting right in his face to see if he had finished, making us all feel very rushed and uncomfortable .

Secondly when we had finished the starter they then brought out our mains , I always have chicken carbonara and love it. Tonight it was terrible the whole meal was try and the chicken was burnt, I had 3 mouth fulls and left it.

Lastly the service was not good at all the wait between courses was at least 30 mins which to me isn't great and we only had 2 drinks each as never had anyone come over asking if we wanted anymore drinks. To get our second drink my other half had to get up and ask someone for them.

Generally I love prezzo but I can honestly say tonight was a complete let down and has put me off returning anytime soon.

I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Someone at our table ordered a side order which didnt arrive, so we asked for it. It then arrived at the end of our meal so we declined it.



Food was nice, but my carbonara was extremely greasy and oily...

We went to the Woodbridge prezzo's last night for my sisters birthday. Waited over an hour for our mains after our starters. Before we asked one of the waiters how long will it be to for the mains to arrive as the children are growing restless. The waiter was rude and implied we would have to wait till they had served the 2 larger parties in the restaurant or arrived some time after us. Which promted us to ask for the bill for the starters and drinks. We then went next door and got some great fish and chips and enjoyed a lovly family walk down the tide mill. So i can highy recommend the Woodbridge local chip shop next door to yet another mediocre prezzo's franchise.

Visited at lunch time today. Extremely slow service - arrived at 12.30 and didn't get kids food until 13.40 - 10 minutes after adults dishes arrived. Then they overcharged us. We requested the bill as the deserts were served because they took a time to arrive too and we had a panto to get to at 14.30. The bill that came was wrong. The promo code for Kids eat for £1 didn't go through the till properly (only took £1 off a £48 bill). The waitress noticed and spoke to the manager. After waiting 15 minutes for the bill to be corrected to the £35 it should have been, by the manager, we had to give up as we were out of time. We paid £50 cash as we just hadn't got time to wait for the correction or our change any longer. As we left - I caught sight of the manager standing behind the bar...clearly she just chose to ignore the issue with bill. We definitely won't be going back.

Prezzo Woodbridge. Wow... bloody awful! 4 hours to have a 2 course dinner?! Took 20 minutes to ask if we wanted a drink? A horrendous amount of time between courses and getting the order wrong and to pay? Well that’s a whole different ball game. 1 hour 20 to pay (it wasn’t busy at all)? The card system wasn’t working and was told (by who I presume was the manager) that it was our fault?! Was lied to throughout the evening and denied this with still no apology... to finally told we must walk half way down the high street (at 10.40pm) to get cash out. Which was incredibly angry seeing as I only had credit card which charged me. Incredibly rude staff. Prezzo sort your staff out. Didn’t even want to give this 1 star. I expect to hear your reply.
