Really nice venue for some tasty italian food. Lovely conservatory area to eat in the sunshine and freshly cooked flatbread and pizza! Friendly waitress, Mina, great service with a smile. Will be back soon :)

My wife and I visited for the first time yesterday although we have known Supervisor Marcin for a long time at another branch.

We found the place clean, modern and comfortable (it was a hot afternoon but the aircon was good).

The food was excellent and the service first class even though it was busy at the time. Overall a very pleasant experience and would reccomend to anyone.

We visited here on Saturday for a celebratory lunch with my husband and girl's. We visit here regularly and always find the food excellent. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Looking forward to our next meal here.

Lovely family evening celebrating my grandsons birthday. Food really good, service excellent by a lovely little waitrress - always smiling and extremely helpful. Cannot fault in any way and will be returning.

Having read some of the reviews I wasnŌĆÖt sure whether this was going to be a good experience or not but with ┬Ż40 worth of Tesco vouchers what could be that bad.



As it turns out it was a very good lunch.



The decor is light and airy but the table had seen better days but it was clean. It was uncrowned so we had good service from a very helpful waiter.



Starter was a shared plate of antipasti which was a bit on the sparse side as it was meant for 2 persons ( I could have polished it off myself ).



Main course was Roast Belly of Pork with saut├®ed mushrooms and other veg - delicious but the crackling was not the slightest bit crisp so if you like crispy crackling ask the waiter to tell the chef to cook to your taste. We had 2 extra side dishes of our choice for no further cost.



A huge Bombay Sapphire G&T and a glass of white wine washed it all down and only had to find a further ┬Ż15 to settle the bill.



Would definitely go again

Staff lovely, don't like "mixed toilets" and not being able to use two lots of vouchers. It's a rip off not Leung you have separate bills and now we know why - my daughter had vouchers and me too, but could only use hers! Won't be back!!

Overall I had a very tasty lunch here. The only disappointment was the fact that the avocado in my salad was completely unripe and therefore inedible. I would rather have been given the option to order something else. Please donŌĆÖt serve unripe avocado! Otherwise everything was great.

Half empty and the service was terrible, waited 25 mins before the came to take our order, the starters turned up before the drinks. Waited ages for the main and had to send a simple margarita pizza back as it was burnt. Can't believe the actually served it in the first place. Would not recommend it to anyone and won't return.

Although we had to wait quite a while for our food it was worth it.

The only issue we had was that they had turned the coffee machine off too early (22:00) so couldnŌĆÖt finish off with tea or coffee.

The staff were very attentive and rushed off their feet due to staff shortages

It's a real shame..., the service and wait time was truly horrendous.. I want to see Ware flourish, but with service like that, only a brand named chain wikk keep getting away with it... #eatlocal #supportsmallbusinesses

Food was lovely but unfortunately very under staffed. Had to wait far too long for drinks and courses. Then when I mentioned this to the staff, they just said we are really busy and wasn't expecting to be. Yes not there fault something for the managers. But the man taking payments was very arrogant and argumentative. Food good service awful.

Very dirty tables, had to clean with my own hands wipes, walls covered in grease and food stains and my feet stuck to the floor where it was covered in food. Dead insects on window sills and overall very grubby. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Staff very rude unfriendly BELA, PETZI & DOTI!! it was my birthday & they made no effort to even wish me a happy birthday! They had a payday offer of 50% off prosecco all weekend I asked if I could use my gourmet card they said I could. Then the bill came & I was charged full price for the prosecco I called for the manager who stood her ground & would not attempt to adjust the bill accordingly. I work for a top financial organisation & we thrive to give fantastic customer service. Obviously prezzo needs to train their staff or maybe they really donŌĆÖt care employing people who show no customer satisfaction or canŌĆÖt understand English. Shame on you all for ruining a birthday celebration! Will be taking this further!!

Service last night was absolutely shocking! Everything took so long, extra things brought to the table that weren't ordered, yet charged for. Dessert had to be reordered as it never showed... honestly terrible!! Luckily company was good.

Lost order in kitchen and we had to ask to find out where the food was... it took over 1hr to get our food in end

DonŌĆÖt even deserve 1* dirty table, dirty floor, dirty chairs, food was disgusting, got the order wrong and the waiter wanted to argue and tell me I ordered it wrong, served brown lettuce in the Caesar salad and microwaved sticky toffee pudding with congealed sauce ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐ Į’┐Į
