Steve’s batch of Datsun 240z fuel tanks.
This beautiful replacement 240z Aluminium fuel tank has been designed as a direct replacement for the standard unit, utilizing the original mounting straps, this tank fits into the stock location and connects up with all the standard hoses and fuel sender unit.
Internally the tank is also fitted with a Pro Alloy internal anti surge fuel collector assembly to help minimise fuel surge and starvation issues when used on track.
... The tank can also be supplied without the standard fuel sender unit aperture, but with an alternative top opening to suit a modern VDO ‘Dip Pipe’ style level sender unit if required.

Liam busy fabricating a batch of our Astra H VXR Intercooler Kits, sold exclusively through our friends over at Courtenay Sport.
This kit consists of an extra large full height front mounted intercooler with thicker core, high flow replacement fan and all the required fittings.
The intercooler is a direct replacement and results from testing have been excellent.... Inlet air temperatures fall significantly and the fuelling is much cleaner. Full benefits can be made with additional ecu mapping to alter the fuelling to improve power and torque.
Air Guide Blades (mainly for track use) are available.

Escort RS Turbo S2 auxiliary turbo cooler heading out today. 📦🚚
This neat little cooler is designed to bolt to the end of our Pro Alloy front mount intercooler and replace the air scoop which we supply as standard. The purpouse of this unit is to cool the water as it exits the turbo, before it is returned to the water radiator.(normally this water is not cooled at all!) Fitment is rally easy with only two bolts and two hoses to connect.... The net result of fitting of this cooler is an over all reduction in the temperatures of the water cooling system.

Today has been like Christmas eve for me! I couldn't wait to get home to find a big parcel covered in pro alloy tape! Inside was just pure motorsport porn.. After many emails with Chris I sent off a box of bits to be modified and welded together to create a dual plenum intake manifold. The lads here turned my idea into reality! The service at pro alloy is second to none with great skills and communications. I'd recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again! Top quality guys!!

Made a custom radiator for my e28 M5. Works & performs like a champ.

I have used these guys for years very helpful and done a top job on my custom intercooler on my old escort rs turbo.

I have used ProAlloy on all my road sports car and now we are using them for our race endurance mini.



I highly recommend ProAlloy to anyone that asks.

I have installed a Pro Alloy intercooler in my car and it's great. The intake temperature dropped from 62°C to 27°C.

Chris was excellent. Talked me through everything. Had some slight fitment issues but the advice to get it sorted was instant. (Im in Australia) Highly recommended.

Big thanks to all at Pro Alloy, especially Chris and Alex for sorting out my Intercooler to throttle body connection. Hand made and fitted whilst I waited. Top customer service guys, thanks.

Big thanks to Chris and the guys at pro alloy for sorting out some powder coating of my pro cooler and rad and a few other bits, great service as always
