Thomas was the salesperson I dealt with and he did an excellent job of keeping up to date with the delay on my new car. I met the new manager and felt I was treated really well. I arrived today in my 1.4 Roomster with a twisted passenger side seat belt and you fixed it in 10 min and free of charge. a great gesture of Customer service. I was able to talk to a gent outside the showroom who was also thinking of buying a roomster and I was happy to give him a glowing report of this car and the amazing service from your garage and Skoda in general. buying this car from Skoda was one of the best moves I ever made. Thankyou for your help today.

I ordered an Octavia vRS Estate with no extras in November and have just been told that there is another delay owing to parts being delayed. No build date has been given.not good ay!

Rudest company ever. Don't call back despite promises. Invited to VIP event and then ignored. Promised to be kept informed of stock of interest to us - heard nothing despite seeing online that vehicles fitting our criteria obtained. Feel they are only interested in people buying new expensive models. Second hand buyers = 2nd class citizens and not worthy of common courtesy.

I am sorry to say that service for mobility customers is very poor at harlow. I was booked in for mot at 9.15 & due to my disabilities had to wait which was ok as was told it would only take 45 minutes. On arrival was told it could take up to two hours which was a bit long for somebody with arthritis & server pain to wait but I set down & waited. Then when the two hours where up was told it could be another hour, almost 4 hours later I got my car back. I think this is unacceptable for poeple with disabilities to have to wait for so long, other mobility garages don't treat there disabled customer's like that. My next mobility car will not be a skoda.
