It was my first time in a club for a long time did laugh at being asked for i.d at 56 years of age.But we did get in .Got a front seat no problem .Really enjoyed the show .Free tickets what more could i ask for .They girated slithered jumped took thenselves round the room .I even got a little bit of attention and we ended up lying on the floor then they got me up and a new chair as the legs broke on mine .I had a great time with my friend (thank you for taking me ).Keep it going �

I've been to the club a few times, a very nice club.

At the end of the night, there are some drunkards here and there who just start with people and pester, but the security guards do not take it so seriously, because it's the end of the night and these drunkards are usually surrounded by their girlfriends. Sometimes I've encountered unpleasant things, And everything is very nice, there are a few long queues in the purchase of drinking, there is always something to improve and improve successfully.

I just want to say, I had a brilliant night in the actual club. The atmosphere just grew and grew and I loved it. I also lost my phone last night and got it back so Thank you to all the staff that helped me retrieve it back. However this being said. I was outraged with the discrimination I received right at the end of the night by a member of your staff. I was saying good bye to someone with a kiss. He was also a guy. I then had this security guard in my face saying "Excuse me mate, gonna have to ask you to stop that, we have had complaints people don't want to see that sort of thing" Now I'm sorry, but I live in a country where I am able to Kiss who i please freely. So I said to him "No, I wont stop, there wouldn't be a problem if this was a girl and boy would there, as far as I'm concerned president trump runs America not the UK." He then grabbed my shirt, pushed me away. I have to say me being a small, skinny guy to have a big, muscled security guard grab me and push me, did indeed startle me a bit. Anyway this is not acceptable you need to teach your staff correctly. Surely you have a discrimination policy. If so maybe it would be worth making them read and sign it. In this day and country that kind of hatred is not tolerated. As i said i cant knock your club brilliant night and will definitely be back. Just consider everyone please :) �

Some staff were helpful but there were only 2 security guards with a bit of decency one security guard in particular was aggressive and simply had a rude manner when communicating with me and even the other security personnel seemed to struggle with him. I think it's ridiculous that you have one lift with one key and not only did I have yo wait for the lift but when I was in the lift it'd lock and I'd have yo wait for a member of staff to run up and unlock it for me too. I can imagine that's a fire safety hazard as if the alarm went off how would the member of staff get pass people to let me out of the lift? I suggest you copy the key and hold on to people's passports or a deposit to guarantee you get the key back because accessible places shouldn't isolate people with disabilities and make them have to plan every room every cigarette so they don't get locked off from their friends because they can't walk up the back staircase.

Your bouncers are the biggest bunch of feckless spackers I have ever met and I hope the cretins that were working last night get fired from their really impressive job for refusing me entry for no apparent reason, lying about what actually happen to other bouncers and being incredibly rude.. Then radioing around to stop me going elsewhere? Quite frankly I hope they fall into a pool of glass shards and lemon juice

Your bouncers and customer service are disgusting. Big group of us who are all dressed smartly and sober, one of us is wearing nikes and we get turned away? For a large group of paying customers who are willing to buy plenty of drinks etc you are a disgrace. Will never come back or recommend anyone lol BYE

Went to the toilet upstairs by the disco room, and the cubicle wall fell on my head. Literally no clue how or why that happened but either way, it fell and left me with a nasty bruise. I reported it to a security guy as I didn't know who else to go to. But he shrugged it off and had a go at me isntead.

Went to Pryzm on the 1st September for my 21st and the night was absolutely ruined due to an extremely rude member of staff! My sister dislocated her knee in the disco room due to slipping on the wet floor, when a member of staff came over to "help" we were told to take my sister outside and sober her up as the member of staff made the assumption my sister was drunk and completely disregarded the fact she had dislocated her knee. My sister was not drunk and was not taken to the medical room we were told to leave the club and the member of staff told my sister that "tears didn't work on her" as we were led outside. Once outside she told my sister that you can't wear heels if you've previously dislocated your knee and she was shown no medical attention at all! Have since called and emailed about the incident and have received no reply. If I could give zero stars I would �

Used to be a regular attendee at the club but as of late everything has been terrible. For example, on my last (AND FINAL) visit at the club, I had an issue in terms of my coat not being returned to me and when questioned about the disappearance of my coat, the club refused to help or even listen to me as they claimed as I no longer had the ticket with me (which they had taken off me when they went to "look" for my coat) there was nothing they could do. The club is very discriminatory and I think its atrocious and inappropriate the way some of the bouncers talk to us females. Think its best the club gets shut down as there is no way of the club improving at the rate it is going. To have to witness bouncers overlooking fights and people having intercourse in the toliets as they choose to pick on those who have done no wrong because of the colour of their skin. Such a shame as I have been clubbing here since 2013.

Total shit hole. Booked a VIP booth for 12 people for a hen party. No way did it seat 12. Even had to queue why?? If you have paid out that much money. No one showed us to our table. The staff were completely rude. Well the two people u had there. Need more staff. And if ur over 20 don't bother . We wasn't given enough mixers and when we asked the bar staff we're kicking off no customer service at all. It's dirty the floor was sticky so much so ur shoes were getting stuck to the floor. Cups etc all over dance floor it's a dive. Toilets stunk of piss with sick everywhere. Rather go somewhere with a bit of class. Never again waste of time & money.

The trick people soo bad service it's rude and the are just racist place take my boyfriend off for white shoes when same moment they let go in another people in exactly same white converses We try talk with security but they just totally ignore us. I'm not recommending this place it's a s....t!!!!! Just for the bad service and ignorance!!!

On Saturday we came to Pryzm to celebrate my friend's 21st birthday. We had prepaid tickets, however once we got to the door we was rejected for some unknown reason, we were given no explanation. On the basis I want a full refund for my wasted money and time. I would advise people to avoid this club and go elsewhere.

If your black I wouldn't bother going, 4th time I didn't get let in , 10 of us going, booth and bottles paid for but the 2 of us got picked out and didn't get let in. 4th time it's happened so I knew what to expect but for my mate it was a new experience. Basically if your not white I wouldn't bother going unless you have plans to go to Hyde Out, comolete waste of time, bouncers are racist, even the black bouncer are scared to stand up to the head bouncer, not sure what kind of system they're running but it's a complete joke at the end of the day, the owner should be ashamed that he's letting this happen within his business �

I would suggest anyone in attendance to make sure you're fully aware of your every move made in this venue, around staff members & security as well as other party-goers. Know your rights, and if possible go sustain evidence!

Don’t even bother buying tickets in advance you probably won’t get let in . Rudest bouncers who do what they want to get a power trip ! the bouncer separated me from my mates and laughed in my face and said you can stand in the queue over their which was the pavement on the side of the road ! He wouldn’t even let me come close to talk to my friends ! He wouldn’t tell me why I couldn’t come in and just laughed at me ! Never returning after this .

Disgusting way treated had bank card as couldn’t find other ID called police & even they said don’t bother as racist club .

Claimed one of my friends ID was fake because of her professional make up although when it was checked it recognised her face and came up with a tick on the screen. Then couldn't receive ID back and was told it will be handed to police and they will decide whether to return or not. Had to wait for 15mins until police arrive and they approved it was her and were confused themselves why they wouldn't let her in. Wasted and ruined all of our friends day and girls I wouldn't recommend wearing professional make up otherwise same thing might happen, absolute JOKE�

Total shit hole. Booked a VIP booth for 12 people for a hen party. No way did it seat 12. Even had to queue why?? If you have paid out that much money. No one showed us to our table. The staff were completely rude. Well the two people u had there. Need more staff. And if ur over 20 don't bother . We wasn't given enough mixers and when we asked the bar staff we're kicking off no customer service at all. It's dirty the floor was sticky so much so ur shoes were getting stuck to the floor. Cups etc all over dance floor it's a dive. Toilets stunk of piss with sick everywhere. Rather go somewhere with a bit of class. Never again waste of time & money.

On Saturday we came to Pryzm to celebrate my friend's 21st birthday. We had prepaid tickets, however once we got to the door we was rejected for some unknown reason, we were given no explanation. On the basis I want a full refund for my wasted money and time. I would advise people to avoid this club and go elsewhere.

If your black I wouldn't bother going, 4th time I didn't get let in , 10 of us going, booth and bottles paid for but the 2 of us got picked out and didn't get let in. 4th time it's happened so I knew what to expect but for my mate it was a new experience. Basically if your not white I wouldn't bother going unless you have plans to go to Hyde Out, comolete waste of time, bouncers are racist, even the black bouncer are scared to stand up to the head bouncer, not sure what kind of system they're running but it's a complete joke at the end of the day, the owner should be ashamed that he's letting this happen within his business �

Experienced nothing but absolute unprofessionalism on many & different accounts! Racial comments BY security!

I would suggest anyone in attendance to make sure you're fully aware of your every move made in this venue, around staff members & security as well as other party-goers. Know your rights, and if possible go sustain evidence!

Don’t even bother buying tickets in advance you probably won’t get let in . Rudest bouncers who do what they want to get a power trip ! the bouncer separated me from my mates and laughed in my face and said you can stand in the queue over their which was the pavement on the side of the road ! He wouldn’t even let me come close to talk to my friends ! He wouldn’t tell me why I couldn’t come in and just laughed at me ! Never returning after this .

Disgusting way treated had bank card as couldn’t find other ID called police & even they said don’t bother as racist club .

Claimed one of my friends ID was fake because of her professional make up although when it was checked it recognised her face and came up with a tick on the screen. Then couldn't receive ID back and was told it will be handed to police and they will decide whether to return or not. Had to wait for 15mins until police arrive and they approved it was her and were confused themselves why they wouldn't let her in. Wasted and ruined all of our friends day and girls I wouldn't recommend wearing professional make up otherwise same thing might happen, absolute JOKE�

Had an amazing time at the garage reunion with special guests Luck & Neat and Romeo on 29th March. Thank you so much...we partied until we could no longer stand!! #sorefeet #garagereunion

It was my first time in a club for a long time did laugh at being asked for i.d at 56 years of age.But we did get in .Got a front seat no problem .Really enjoyed the show .Free tickets what more could i ask for .They girated slithered jumped took thenselves round the room .I even got a little bit of attention and we ended up lying on the floor then they got me up and a new chair as the legs broke on mine .I had a great time with my friend (thank you for taking me ).Keep it going �

I've been to the club a few times, a very nice club.

At the end of the night, there are some drunkards here and there who just start with people and pester, but the security guards do not take it so seriously, because it's the end of the night and these drunkards are usually surrounded by their girlfriends. Sometimes I've encountered unpleasant things, And everything is very nice, there are a few long queues in the purchase of drinking, there is always something to improve and improve successfully.

I just want to say, I had a brilliant night in the actual club. The atmosphere just grew and grew and I loved it. I also lost my phone last night and got it back so Thank you to all the staff that helped me retrieve it back. However this being said. I was outraged with the discrimination I received right at the end of the night by a member of your staff. I was saying good bye to someone with a kiss. He was also a guy. I then had this security guard in my face saying "Excuse me mate, gonna have to ask you to stop that, we have had complaints people don't want to see that sort of thing" Now I'm sorry, but I live in a country where I am able to Kiss who i please freely. So I said to him "No, I wont stop, there wouldn't be a problem if this was a girl and boy would there, as far as I'm concerned president trump runs America not the UK." He then grabbed my shirt, pushed me away. I have to say me being a small, skinny guy to have a big, muscled security guard grab me and push me, did indeed startle me a bit. Anyway this is not acceptable you need to teach your staff correctly. Surely you have a discrimination policy. If so maybe it would be worth making them read and sign it. In this day and country that kind of hatred is not tolerated. As i said i cant knock your club brilliant night and will definitely be back. Just consider everyone please :) �

Some staff were helpful but there were only 2 security guards with a bit of decency one security guard in particular was aggressive and simply had a rude manner when communicating with me and even the other security personnel seemed to struggle with him. I think it's ridiculous that you have one lift with one key and not only did I have yo wait for the lift but when I was in the lift it'd lock and I'd have yo wait for a member of staff to run up and unlock it for me too. I can imagine that's a fire safety hazard as if the alarm went off how would the member of staff get pass people to let me out of the lift? I suggest you copy the key and hold on to people's passports or a deposit to guarantee you get the key back because accessible places shouldn't isolate people with disabilities and make them have to plan every room every cigarette so they don't get locked off from their friends because they can't walk up the back staircase.

Your bouncers are the biggest bunch of feckless spackers I have ever met and I hope the cretins that were working last night get fired from their really impressive job for refusing me entry for no apparent reason, lying about what actually happen to other bouncers and being incredibly rude.. Then radioing around to stop me going elsewhere? Quite frankly I hope they fall into a pool of glass shards and lemon juice

Went to the toilet upstairs by the disco room, and the cubicle wall fell on my head. Literally no clue how or why that happened but either way, it fell and left me with a nasty bruise. I reported it to a security guy as I didn't know who else to go to. But he shrugged it off and had a go at me isntead.





No wonder I don't go often.

Went to Pryzm on the 1st September for my 21st and the night was absolutely ruined due to an extremely rude member of staff! My sister dislocated her knee in the disco room due to slipping on the wet floor, when a member of staff came over to "help" we were told to take my sister outside and sober her up as the member of staff made the assumption my sister was drunk and completely disregarded the fact she had dislocated her knee. My sister was not drunk and was not taken to the medical room we were told to leave the club and the member of staff told my sister that "tears didn't work on her" as we were led outside. Once outside she told my sister that you can't wear heels if you've previously dislocated your knee and she was shown no medical attention at all! Have since called and emailed about the incident and have received no reply. If I could give zero stars I would �

Used to be a regular attendee at the club but as of late everything has been terrible. For example, on my last (AND FINAL) visit at the club, I had an issue in terms of my coat not being returned to me and when questioned about the disappearance of my coat, the club refused to help or even listen to me as they claimed as I no longer had the ticket with me (which they had taken off me when they went to "look" for my coat) there was nothing they could do. The club is very discriminatory and I think its atrocious and inappropriate the way some of the bouncers talk to us females. Think its best the club gets shut down as there is no way of the club improving at the rate it is going. To have to witness bouncers overlooking fights and people having intercourse in the toliets as they choose to pick on those who have done no wrong because of the colour of their skin. Such a shame as I have been clubbing here since 2013.
