If you are looking for Massage Therapy then you have come to the right place. I have been working in the Beauty, Massage & Spa industry for over 20 years, both in the UK and overseas.
I give different types of treatments, these are:
* Aromatherapy,
* Sports Massage,
* Remedial Massage,
* Relaxation Massage &
* Lava Shell Massage.
A Bit About Me.
Within the early part of my career, I found massage was my strength and gained further qualifications in Sports Massage and Aromatherapy (IFA approved). After working in various salons, I opened and successfully managed my own Salon for six years specialising in massage and spa treatments.
On the Sports massage side, I worked very successfully with the Southend United Football Team’s medical staff providing massage services to the First Team for 5 years, including the double-promotion years of 2005 to 2007.
To develop my knowledge and experience further I have embraced the opportunity to work within sports education with professional football and basketball teams. For the last 5 years I have worked both as course assessor and external examination moderator for National Governing bodies in Sport and Massage sectors.
All the time, I have remained grounded in massage focusing on Sports Massage, Aromatherapy, Remedial, Swedish and various Asian massage techniques.
I have Clinics at the Therapy Life Centre every Monday & Wednesday. Alternative appointment times are available on request.

I was lucky enough to go to St. Georges Park, home to England football, where I did 4 days of training.
Here I am standing between two of the most famous England shirts! One from 1966 and one from 1990 :)
... The FA Learning that I attended shared the same corridor as these t-shirts along with many other memorable items such as statues, pictures and much more!

Good afternnon everyone on this amazingly beautiful day! I have been extremely busy lately doing lots of exciting things. I finished my 4 days of training at St George's Park yesterday and today I am doing a Lava Shell Rescue Trainning day at the Therapy Life Centre! :D
I also attended A Holistic Health Show at the Birmingham NEC on the 18th & 19th of May. I went along to the event with other Shared Beauty Secrets trainers promoting Lava Shells and the Talks & Training we pro...vide. It was a really busy show with really great marketing opportunities! It was great to meet like minded people to talk to and it was great to see other trainers to network with. Whilst I was there I attended a talk with Penny Price about clinical application of aromatherapy which I found absolutely fascinating! There are a couple of pictures below of the event that I took.

With so many different areas to my work as a teacher and trainer, therapist and quality assurance education specialist my working week is always exciting. The past two weeks have been no exception.
Hilary Ashton and myself are trainers for Lava Shell distributors Shared Beauty Secrets and last week we had the pleasure to meet Jess Wright and Ricky Rayment from TOWIE to give them 2hr30 of pampering lava shell style!
I gave Ricky a Lava Rescue treatment using deep tissue mass...age with warm Lava Shells to relax muscles and cool Glacial Shells to reduce inflammation and really target the areas he had recently worked on in the gym. He then enjoyed a deeply relaxing Therma Facial using the Spa Find skincare and warm facial shells completed with a revitalising scalp massage. Hilary gave Jess a Lava Relax massage including the abdominal work and a Lava Shell Therma Facial.
