Puregym Bedford Heights

I really like this gym, I love the variety is the classes in the dedicated studio, also the spin studio is great. Mostly I find the gym part has plenty of kit and friendly enough. Sometimes an issue that equipment is messy - but I think that's a reflection on the people using the gym not putting stuff back not the staff.

I love the classes at this gym, faves are combat, Zumba and balance! Thanks to the great price It is great value for money, and equipment good! First time in my life I'm being moaned at by the hubby for going to the gym to much, friendly people and coaches �

I have multi gym membership & as my office is in Bedford, this offers a convenient option for fitting in a workout before going to the office.



My main gym is Puregym Milton Keynes which is a lot larger & has a lot more equipment, but for the convenience factor, Bedford is a happy second option for me.



Apart from the odd morning or post work busy period, I've always found it OK in regard to how busy it is.



Sometimes have to change my routine around as there isn't a lot of options for each equipment type, but even somebody as OCD as me can cope with that.



Pleasant if small gym that I have visited many many times.
