Would never go anywhere else for my lashes now! Andrea is amazing! Always getting compliments about my lashes! Katy always makes my thin nails look lovely too! You would never think by looking at them they are so brittle...I don't know what I did before I started coming here � ALL the girls are so lovely�

Well it was my first visit to the salon Purity today and it was lovely and would definitely recommend it. I have never had my legs waxed until today and I was very nervous. However Jess made me feel so welcome and comfortable that it took My mind off the pain. Thank you so much. All staff were lovely

This is my favourite place to go for All my treatment 's . Andrea has a fab team and you are treated like royalty every time you visit x

I have both my hair and nails done here and they are absolutely brilliant friendly chatty I even took my daughter for her first hair cut there knowing it would be a challenge but they had so much patience with her, they impress me everytime I go xx

I felt so welcome at purity! Staff were amazing and my hair is back to normal again looking shinny and healthy thanks to Emily who did an amazing job! Highly recommend for layers and hair thinning out� will definitely be going again!

I decided to have my nails done for the first time at Purity for my 40th, i had the bio sculpt gel, they looked ok except for a few of the extensions were oddly shaped but could just about live with them. I went back to have the gel removed and new put on and didn't like the colour that I chose and which had been applied in three layers, so the young lady filed these down and then added another 3 layers, this resulted in a really poor finish and they were ridiculously thick which was more noticeable when they started growing. I was not happy so called in to speak to the owner Andrea who was not in, so i spoke to Karen who took my number and said she would get Andrea to call me. Andrea never called!! I must also add I had a massage booked which I was really looking forward to which Andrea cancelled by telephone the day before, I was gutted. I had already booked on my last appointment to have my nails done and decided that after the last two nail treatments that perhaps I would try a normal Polish for a smoother finish.On entering the salon I asked Karen why Andrea hadnt rung me and she told me they had taken the number down wrong ( which turned out to be untrue). Everything was going well they looked lovely, I handed over my cash, literally got outside looked at my hand and each and every nail was marked as the paint was still wet. I went back in and insisted that the paint be taken off as they looked terrible. This is when Jess came to wipe the varnish off and after the event told me this can take an hour to dry???? I left the shop with not so much as a refund or apology and got really upset when outside as this was a treat to cheer me up. I have never felt so upset and sneeped and have never visited somewhere so uncaring and unsympathetic. When I was feeling slightly less upset a few days later I spoke to Andrea and explained everything. Her response to not getting back to my original complaint was that she had too much going on in her personal life (but in stronger words). She did in the end say she would refund me. Then guess what? A couple of hours later she rang to tell me I couldn't have refund! Apparently one of her members of staff had heard Jess say "well it can take an hour to dry" this she did whilst taking the Polish off��. Anyway my response was "it's your business and if that's how you want to run it then good luck to you" I work with customers day in and day out and would never treat them like this and if a small business such as this one can easily let clients who are willing to spend £40-50 a month go so easily then good luck to them
