Rayleigh Indoor Karting Description
Our track is one of the longest indoor circuits in Essex and at approx 400 metres offers fast straights, long corners and hairpin bends ideal for overtaking. Now with a bridge added! ! Average lap times are over 30 seconds. For added safety barrier piping is used around the circuit . Flashing yellow warning lights are used around the Stadium. Red and Green, Stop – Go lights are used to start every race.

Charity Event Update
Rayleigh indoor Karting are holding a charity event on Monday 23rd July at 6.30pm
To take part in the event it will cost just £35pp.... £10 of this fee will be donated to Great Ormond Street Hospital. Racers 17 and above are welcome to join us for this great cause!
All facilities will be open for the event including the bar and coffee shop.
Come join us and raise some money for this amazing charity, there will be a raffle taking place on the night where you can win several great prizes, such as karting sessions with us, Southend United match tickets and much much more!
We are also going to be joined by young Ginetta junior driver Emily Linscott, British GT driver Ben Tuck Racing and possibly more! These drivers will also be providing the opportunity to win a variety of merchandise (some even signed)!

RAFFLE TICKETS start from just £1.50 per ticket or £5 for a strip of tickets, these can be purchased at Reception from now until the evening until the draw. All proceeds from the raffle will also be donated to the hospital.

HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT.... We are delighted to be able to confirm that we have 22 brand new NG1 Biz Karts heading to Rayleigh Karting in the next few weeks.... which (may we add) makes us the only Karting Stadium in Essex to run both NG1 Karts with the actual NG1 Chassis.

turned up for a drive, ended up paying for 3 10 minute sessions, doesn't sound a lot but that's about 60 laps where you are rattled around in the quick karts, lots of points to make you think to get your fastest lap, £37 was well worth the money!
Went yesterday to get my boy into a big kart and after he proved himself he loved it and a second off of my time aswell which For he's first time in a adult kart ain't bad at all . Staff r great always have been only bigger is that first bend after the bridge need to b quicker lol
Went there for my sons 14th birthday with 4 of his friends,never seen kids out out of there with such massive smiles in their faces!!!!!! They really enjoyed it!!!!! Thanks👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Went just me and my boy for his 11th... I knew it wouldn't be too busy on a Monday evening and for his first time that was perfect... Def take him again soon as he loved it (i beat him and wasn't impressed by that lol)... Staff were professional and create a relaxed atmosphere...
We went for my daughters 20th and we had a great afternoon. Never been before but would definitely go back. Any skinnys like me ask for a cushion It will save on the bruises. Fab day highly recommend 😊

New management bringing in much needed and exciting new changes. Best indoor karting experience in Essex.
My favourite place to stop by every now and then to shed off a few milliseconds off my best time. The bridge is amazing and the track delivers a thrill for experienced racers as well as beginners. The marshals are really friendly and have always been on the ball with keeping everyone safe. I bring friends here whenever I can, and have recommended it to many colleagues in my own workplace. I race competitively at Rye House in Hertfordshire, and when I want a more 'race for fun' kind of day, Rayleigh Indoor Karting is always the first option.
I've been going to this track since i was about 12 years old and also worked here for the summer in about 2005 if my memory serves me right. I'm now 31 and still enjoy it like the first day i went round. Great for novice and pros.I go with a group normally on a monthly basis, get together and its a great laugh but sadly the past year i've been unable to attend due to a brain tumour and treatment the past year. But i'm feeling fit and ready to return and Hope the lads have missed me haha. :-) Big respect to Toby and Dan owners.. Good old days and think stu is still working as kart mechanic, so you in safe hands going round the track
Had my son's 11th birthday party here this evening,and what a great time they all had,honestly I was rather apprehensive because I thought it seemed rather expensive,but it really was worth every penny.
Great people very helpful will be using this place a lot more
Great night of racing whilst watching the football, all good
First time go karting. Was a bit nervous, first time round I kept braking but second time round just went for it and now I'm hooked. Loved it and can't wait to go again and it was so we'll organised.
Excelllent evening, very professional staff and totally taken care of. Brilliant for work events and social evenings.
Excellent little track, some great turns and a few nice straights. Took the little lad there for his birthday with a few of his mates last year and some different mates for this years birthday. All were a bit nervous to start but by end of the first session they were hooked. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient.
Entertained four 15 yr olds for a couple of hours with 3 x 10 minute sessions. Great venue, hire clothes clean. Friendly staff. Coffee shop tho basic wasn't open so had to make do with vending machines - take some change invade as they will want a drink between races. All in all a great day out x
Brilliant little track!# got caught out a few times on that git of a bend after the bridge.. I probs need to slow down lol... But now need to go back soon to master it!! Ttack is good to drift or stick to racing line

13 of us headed there. A few had been before but I hadn't. Brilliant. Couldn't get the hang of the up n over hairpin lol. Excellent grand prix.only let down was the kart cut out twice in the final but it was all good fun anyway. Will definitely recommend and go back again.
