**Christmas** 🎄⛄🎁 It seems quite early to be posting about Christmas but I'm always EXTREMELY busy during Oct/Nov/Dec as people are in panic mode to be ready for the festivities. Please ensure you book in with advance notice for all new fittings and maintenance appointments. For consultations I will need clients to attend daytime appointments as its at this time I can best colour match your hair in the natural light. All new clients will need to make a non refundable deposit of £10 for consultations which will go towards the total cost of your hair and confirm your appointment. Caring for your Hair Extensions: some helpful tips.
Always secure your hair extensions before sleeping. Brush hair regularly, gentle brushing especially around the bonds. Never sleep with hair extensions damp or wet.... Avoid chlorine as this can damage the hair. Always use recommended products. Always tie hair extensions up when on holiday, avoiding sea and pool water. Separate bonds regularly by running fingers across the scalp, ask me if you're unsure of how. Always use heat protection when styling your hair. Avoid excessive sun exposure which can lead to dryness. Cover hair extensions with a towel when using sunbeds. Attend regular maintenance appointments. Try to avoid wearing a brand new set of hair extensions on holiday, keep your old set and change when home instead.

**For Human Hair Extensions** All new hair clients will need to pay a £10 deposit when booking in for a consultation. This can be done via paypal or to our business bank account via bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded if a booking for fitting isn't made after attending your consultation or if booking in, it'll go towards the cost. You will not get the deposit back if you do not give at least 24hrs notice of non attendance. No exceptions.
... **Consultations**
Prospective customers will need to sit for a free consultation as it’s at this time that we can best advise you. Your consultation will include an informative discussion, quotation and advice on the most suitable method, hair type and length. We will also perform a colour match which will allow us to choose the correct blends and colour for you. A deposit is taken on booking which can be paid on the day in person or via bank transfer. This secures your appointment for fitting and allows us to order the hair extensions. If your roots need colouring or hair re-dyed, they should be coloured prior to the consultation.
