Relax Kids activity classes help children manage stress, anxiety and difficult feelings whilst boosting self-esteem, confidence and improving sleep.

The classes follow a unique seven step system with movement, games, stretching, peer massage, breathing, affirmations and visualisations which help children manage their energy and relax, whilst becoming more aware and mindful. Sessions are supported by a range of relaxation and mindfulness books and CDs.

Relax Kids was founded in 2000 and is now used in over 40 countries. The classes have been endorsed by child psychologists, therapists, social workers, teachers, learning mentors and SENCOs.

Relax Kids Christchurch coach, Angela Gray, was trained by founder, Marneta Viegas, in Poole in 2016 when her youngest son was just 3 months old. Angela is aiming to become fully certified by September 2017, with the intention of running local weekly classes for children aged 3-5 and 6-11 years.
