So here is why I love giving reflexology treatments: Without exception, the client walks away feeling BETTER. The words I hear often are: relaxed, calm, uplifted....I have even heard 'euphoric' more than once :-) The cumulative effect of reflexology is becoming more apparent to me as I am seeing clients for the 3rd and 4th time. I have had reports of niggling health issues improving, and even disappearing altogether. Reflexology is fast gaining medical recognition, and whilst... it cannot be considered a magical cure, there is overwhelming evidence to support its ability to return the human body to a state of homeostasis, where it can begin to heal itself naturally from within. It is totally safe with little or no contra-indications for any medical history or current health state. It is a luxurious and pampering treatment......and everyone needs more of that in their busy lives! As my knowledge and experience has steadily grown, I will be taking my practice further, soon to be offering facial reflexology once my training is complete. Many of the benefits are similar to those of the traditional foot method, although there are two main additional benefits: It is more effective at treating existing issues in the top part of the body, such as headaches, poor memory, and tension in the neck and shoulders. Furthermore, this method can give a facial rejuvenating and uplifting effect, leading to a glowing complexion and relaxing of facial lines.....without a needle in sight!
