As we are set for a heat wave this week, I feel it's important to give you some tips on looking after your skin in this hot weather.
1) Choose a good sun screen with a high SPF. Make sure you choose a good sun screen as certain lotions cause blocked pores, leaving your skin feeling greasy and increasing the risk of acne or blackhead breakouts.
2) Avoid too much make-up as this can make you feel uncomfortable, it will sweat off in a matter of hours and it won't give your skin ...protection. Opt for a tinted moisturiser instead (BABOR's BB Cream is a great alternative)
3) Keep your skin exfoliated. Exfoliation also helps keep your pores unblocked after applying lots of sunscreen during the heat of the day.
