The Goodges are one the most formidable husband and wife teams in rock with a huge collection of self produced recordings available with a wide range of music and production styles. With a foundation of melodic rock, the Goodges diversity, quality and creativity has led to critical acclaim and international songwriting awards.

Bringing together an eclectic mix of old punk covers and original tunes, Vacant's sound can range from early Sex Pistols to Sweet Transvestite from The Rocky Horror Picture Show in the blink of an eye! All they ask is that you don't take 'em too seriously... because they sure don't. Feel good fun for everyone.

Like all our gigs this show finishes well in time for the last trains North and South to Cambridge/Peterborough and London and we are just a 5 minute stroll from the station.

With no Nettlebed stage this year the main stage had more upbeat,livlier acts than previous years. Every band I saw was good but highlights were the Crazy World of Arthur Brown (spellbinding!) , Son Yambu, B3, Courtney Pine and hidden away on St Marys stage at 13.45 the excellent Portugese singer Claudia Aurora. Thanks again to all the organisers and volunteers!
