Miserable Man is a One Man Band. A guitar, his voice, old school mouth trumpet and some foot percussions. In winter 2010 he moved from Italy to England, where he cut his teeth busking on the streets. In 2013 he recorded "Meet The Shark", his first full length record.

Based in Lowestoft and Norwich, Murphy’s Lore are one of the UK’s most established independent folk rock bands and have played extensively across the UK and Europe over the last decade. Their material often strays across genres as diverse as folk, country, rock and ska, but always retains that distinctive Murphy’s Lore feel and sound. Their energetic live performances produce colourful and highly spirited events that lift their audiences and leave them wanting more.

What a cracking pub! Came over with friends from Lowestoft yesterday afternoon and we didn’t want to leave. Will most certainly be visiting again.

Very welcoming pub with a fantastic range of cask and keg ales, plus an incredible selection of craft cans/bottles.

Very friendly staff who know alot about beer and ale. Great selection of local ales and also a good couple of draught ciders. Waterside seating looks good for the summer months and the food looks nice too. Decent beer pricing too. Will defiantly be returning.

This truly is a gem of a pub. Warm, friendly and such attentive staff.

This pub has always been a favourite for years. It's not a wine bar but an ale bar. (Other alcoholic drinks are served.) Bar staff have have always been friendly and welcoming. Although kitchen seems small they always still produce with excellence.

Superb range of beers on yesterday 10th,the Arbor was superb oh and the band that were on were excellent as well !�

Superb pub, delightful position serving an enviable collection of decent real ale with damn good pub food too. Couldn't ask for better!

Must have been good as it kept us away from the beer festival. From the mad Hull who ran the quiz to the cute barmaids who kept us watered with a nice selection of ale

Made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived by bar staff and locals. Great range of well kept real ales and the food looked and smelt amazing. We came to see a band called iconic who were brilliant. We will return when in norwich

Lovely friendly pub with very knowledgeable and welcoming staff and an interesting and extensive range of real ales and gins.

I was last in England end of March , came here and tried the Spilled Milk stout. It was without doubt one of the best pints I have ever drunk in my life , quite superb. I´m coming over again start of August , and will be coming in to try some other brews.

Permission slips available! It is the place where you want to go, because every body knows your name. Cheers. Christmas is the season to be there to experience true seasonal spirit & festival cheer. The BEST pub in Norwich & possibly Norfolk, by far.

Very Welcoming. With Group of friends surveying pubs that were part of the Fringe to CAMRA’s Winter Ale Festival. Were Showcasing Absolute Jungle beers pulled by handpump. I had an excellent pint of Pride. Well worth looking out.

Food was lovely.Nice traditional menu.Service was good.Didn't have to wait long and it was nice and hot.My only criticism is the pub could have been warmer as it was a freezing cold day.

Lovely pub, made to feel welcome by the barman just didnt like my lager it was flat, had a word with barman who was very apologetic and topped it up to get a head changed the glass but we left with out drinking it and that was a shame, will go back but probably drink wine.
