This sleepy little puppy is Logie 😍 Logie came into our Cheadle branch recently for his first vaccinations.
He's super chilled because his mum has signed him up for our Healthy Pet Club and 4weeks free pet insurance meaning he'll be fully protected and safe.

We had to have our dog Ruby put to sleep last week which was very hard and Rogers Brock and Barker were very compassionate at the time but to come home today to flowers and a sympathy card was a lovely touch thank you for going that extra mile

Excellent vets. My Cockapoo Teddy is in the healthy pets club and attends monthly for his flee and worming treatment at the Abbey Hulton branch. He is very timid around people outside of the family but Stacey the nurse is great with him and is slowly winning him over. Highly recommended and thanks to Stacey for being so patient with him.

Amazing service and all truely cared for my dog frankie, and cared for me fantastically too. A woman breaking down over her fur baby must be something they are used to.... thank you to all the staff at longton and cheadle, myself and frankie are extremely happy

Absolutely everything. All the staff here treated our beautiful cat Stanley Bloor with care and compassion after having a blocked bladder and being seriously poorly. ( He’s recovering well now— on lots of meds but so far, so good ) He was there for a week and we were so upset but they continually updated us and allowed us to visit whenever we asked. He is still fragile and has to go back in 3 weeks but improving daily and always purring. The staff are so thorough and I can tell that they truly care for all the animals and go above and beyond. They cuddled Stanley and he would purr with them which comforted us as he’s never really been away from us. I would like to thank everyone at Rogers, Brook and Barker - nurses, admin staff , vets, Vets Now emergency staff , assistants... everyone. Thank you so much .... I’d also like to send a special thank you to the young lady whom I think is a receptionist ... who stayed on the phone when I was lost ( we normally go to the other branch ) I was so upset with a poorly cat in the car before he was admitted ... she directed me to the vets as my sat nav wouldn’t work. She even went on google maps and located where I was , then came out of the building so I’d be able to see her and took Stanley from me and took him in. I wish I knew her name - I’ll try to find out. Thank you so much - I’ll never forget that
