picked up my CLA45 back in December and over the moon with it, Sharif stayed a bit later to let me test drive it on the Saturday evening and I picked it up the Wednesday after from Jeff, all the team are fantastic and the service is top class - highly recommend and will be visiting them again for my next car.�

We recently bought our VW Caravelle from Safwat Cars Ltd. We had been looking for a Caravelle for a while and missed out on a couple so when we saw this one we knew we had to jump at it. We live in Cardiff so I rang them and spoke to Jeff and we managed to do a deal on the phone and paid a deposit to secure the car until we could to go and see it. Had we not have liked it we would have received a full refund.We traveled across on the Saturday, and had a terrible journey which meant that we didn't arrive until 10 minutes before closing. Despite this and even though he had plans for his evening, Jeff, waited patiently for us and did not rush us in any way while we looked over the car, took it for a test drive and made our decision. The car is great and is everything we were looking for and exactly as described in the advertisement so we bought it. Jeff was kind enough to let me use the office computer to arrange our insurance and off we went in our great new car. The Spare key wasn't available when we collected the car but Jeff assured me he would send it to me in the post, which he did, along with the remote control for the dvd player. From Start to finish Jeff was a pleasure to deal with despite having to rearrange his private plans to suit us, he even recommended somewhere for us to eat on our way home. I would definitely deal with Safwat Cars Ltd again and recommend to others as they were, and specifically Jeff, a pleasure to do business with, we never felt at all pressured. Thanks Jeff, we love our new car!!

Been getting stock updates from safwats since my uncle bought his Vanquish S from them back in 2009 and from these updates I found my dad his Alpina D3 for sale a few months ago, went and viewed and my dad purchased the car. First class service on both the Aston and Alpina. They're also good if you want to sell your vehicle. My uncle also currently has his Lexus IS F in with them to be sold, reasonable selling fees as well! Top dealer!
