Took kids for breakfast in the café, very tasty, quick service and great customer service by Richard. Staff polite and friendly. Thank you.

Thank you for making freshly baked gluten free bread. It is delicious and I can't stop eating it

Thank you Michelle, Adam and all the staff at Sainsbury's today who helped me when my 3 year old son fell and badly bumped his head. You were all so kind, calm and pro-active - I really cannot thank you enough. All the staff there are great and this is one of the main reasons I shop at this Sainsbury's regularly. Fantastic customer service!

When will you introduce a saved shopping list to the online shopping. It would make life so much easier. Asda and Tesco both have this feature. Gets a bit annoying when I have to add each item every week. And the add the shopping from previous bought is not what I'm after. I want to be able to add a weekly menu of meals to 4 shopping lists.

Well I would just like to know why when you shop and their prices are reduced on quite a few items your bill is still the same as any other week or even more.

You used to have a lovely, polite man working on customer services on a Sunday. He appears to have now been replaced by two very rude women, one of which cut me off while I was talking to her, pointed her finger in the air and curtly said 'Give me a second'. I know it's stressful when it's busy but that really isn't my fault.

Upon trying to return a pair of toddler leggings that we had moments before purchased in store, we were then told 'We're finished, were actually finished' when trying to return these which would have taken her two minutes. I assume because it was 16:01 and she was technically 'clocking off'. She even had the till open so could have handed me £3 in a split second. I tried to explain why we needed a refund (the leggings had a black mark on them). She kept telling us to take them home and wash them but to keep the label and we told her that's ridiculous, you can't wash a cardboard label and I'd rather not wash them as it looked like oil or marker pen. She just kept talking over us until we left. We are now supposed to make a separate trip there after washing said item at our expense and inconvenience. What has happened to this service!? So unpleasant and it has put me off when I have been a loyal customer for years. When we got in the car I could still see people shopping inside

Too expensive. Not much selection. Never change products. Some very obnoxious staff. The place needs to be restocked more often.

To the very rude young man who was collecting the trolleys today (12.9.17), you don't have the automatic right to push your trolleys into the road and expect me to stop my car. So next time a customer is driving round the car park look where you are going and have the courtesy not to make hand signals and abusive comments. Luckily for you I didn't have time for a little 'chat' but next time you might not be so lucky. Remember, I am literally paying your wages when I shop!!

Since Christmas the store seems empty - not customers but stock especially in chilled area plus the place is freezing - you almost suspect a cash flow or delivery problem and staff cannot shed any light on this chilly malaise. May have to shop elsewhere other than the foodless store!

Really not happy with your treatment of my parents who are pensioners. My father who has shopped every week at your store since its opening returned a bag of potato's which they found to be green as soon as they opened the bag but did not have time to return them that week, so took them back the following week and were not offered a refund or an exchange. Would it have really hurt a large company like yourselves to replace the item which was probably only about £2 but which is a lot to a pensioner, surely years of being a loyal customer should count for something. Poor customer service

Moved everything around again! Just what you need on Monday after work! If you think it means I'll buy stuff I didn't plan to...wrong. I'll shop more in the co-op Highcliffe and go back to tesco on line!! One step too far! Re arranging the freezer section was bad enough!!
