great supermarket and friends staff . you are a really good shop

Well set out store,good food in the resteraunt,and plenty of room for parking

I like quality .I have to pay extra but it's worth it.i changed my store and went to marks&spencer.we all make mistakes in life so we won't do that again .High prices terrible quality .I will stay

with sainsburys good staffing always polite.

Amazingly clean store

Well stocked

Plenty of food choices

And great clothing range

Ok folks, people in London really need our support following this mornings awful tower fire. The lucky ones who have escaped have lost their homes and everything inside. Their local Community Centre is taking donations of clothes, blankets, personal hygiene products etc.... As a community could we come together and show our support by collecting such items. This is where I need your help, we would need a central collection point (currently awaiting a return call from Sainsbury's) and drivers to take the items to Rugby Portobello Community Centre, W11 4EY. PLEASE, PLEASE chafford let's show that we care and offer some support. Please contact me if you can assist in any way, Thanks Angie x

I love our Sainsbury's store but the prices are so high now! Even with petrol costs I have to shop elsewhere! And last night I could have done Roth winter coat the air con was up so high I looked forward to leaving the store as I was soooo cold!

Brilliant service. Lovely food. One complaint is i do home shopping and if i shop on friday say 11at night never can get saturday delivery not enough time and always end up being delivered sunday. But apart from that brill service

This is a great store but why have they installed trolley self service counters that take up so much room and always seem to be shut? It was really busy this Sunday and I had three items so used the self service tills, but so did lots of people with trolleys. Come on Sainsbury's, get your act together.

On the day I visited 2nd December the fresh meat aisle was cordoned off, so couldn't get meat I wanted, then when I got to the freezers half of them were empty, hence I couldn't get the items I went in for so annoyed I had to go elsewhere to get these items, wish I had been informed on entering the store to stop me wasting my time.
