excellent selection of clothing....lovely store and fab food in cafe!!

Witnessed attempted shop lifting incident and gave a staff member car number plate but he didn't ask for my details. Happy to provide statement. Please private message me for my details. Car seen in morrisons car park 15 min later with different driver and passenger also

Just want to thank the branch Manger Barry plus a few others in customer services/phone shop who's names I didn't get, for helping me this afternoon when my car wouldn't start. Without going into detail they helped to make a very stressful situation more bearable. I was looked after very well until the recovery vehicle arrived. Thank you all.

Having done my Big Christmas shop this morning at Sainsbury's Letchworth. I was so pleased I get every single item on my list, not one item out of stock.. one happy bunny!!

Afterwards breakfast in JSR lovely service from the three ladies in there and only just sat down and made myself comfy when our breakfast turned up.. What a service �

Happy Christmas to all the staff and look forward to shopping there again in the future.

Typical Sainsbury. It's as you would expect. I found everything I wanted. Wasn't overcharged. Service was OK. Getting bored with the wine selection though. Like all UK supermarkets doesn't fire the imagination like I find markets do. Particularly, overseas markets.

Just like any other Sainsbury's but with nice led lights 😉

For shopping is 5* but to eat it is shocking!!

Cafe is rip off they charge 70p for 1 mushroom and 70p for a slice of black pudding .

They have cut things of the menu less choice and tables left dirty very poor service to busy taking amongst themselves

I simply love Sainsbury's it's clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful �

Went for breakfast food ok but they have cut down items and added £1.50 to the price. Tables were dirty and service was slow.

Had a mega brunch and it wasn't all that. Had better in the past. Wasn't even busy in the restaurant either very poor this week. Knew I should of gone to burger king next door

Cafe staff are so rude and unhappy, really did not enjoy the atmosphere,not the first time either
