They have more and more Vegan options, each time I go.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the young man who helped me outside of your London Road store today. I would like his manager to know how much he put himself out, but can’t find an email address, maybe someone here could supply that for me?

It was OK until we went through the checkout it started double scanning some scanned five times was overcharge £15 so had to unpack and start again. Must say the staff could not apologies enough. Didn't give us anything for the inconvenience.

Just got my online food shop delivered. Delivery driver said my food is packed from this store then delivered to me. I understand the whole 'substitution' thing. But the replacements they send are stupid. On a Sunday when my order contains roasting potatoes, I was not impressed to receive baking potatoes. Meaning we have to go out and buy shopping anyway, defeats the whole purpose. Not a great first experience. But the delivery driver was lovely!

I bought David Williams book Bad Dad and on stand was advertised with free book Ratburger. There were no free books on stand and when I got to till I informed the cashier who then called another member of staff to say they had run out. I said the poster advertising free book should have been taken down then and he says he would see to it but I think he could have done more in a way of apology, very disappointed �

Up until today it would have been five stars, but you really should educate some of your staff on how to deal with customers correctly. I use the shop daily for twenty tears and have never been so embrassed as today. Upon paying for my shopping at the self checkout i had a staff member shouting across store at me to stop i have not paid(he seemed to think i had not paid 16p which was actually the change i recieved.) I walked back to the till and explained i have paid, recieved my change but no receipt (the receipt machine had jammed) upon fixing the machine they realised i have paid in full. I have no problem with being asked to prove my shopping if needed but to shout it across the shop so everyone looks at you like a thief is unacceptable. Check my nectar card details to see how much money that one member of staff just cost you as i refuse to shop with you again.

I've got to say for a big sainsburys I'm very disappointed. You have no toilet. Why? I just went for my Weekly shop as I'd like to think I am a loyal customer and always will try to go to your shops, but now I don't think I will, a basic need is a toilet when shopping epically when you have a child! Their wasn't even an offer of would you like to use the staff toilets just a comment of you will have to find somewhere else. At half 8 in the morning realistically what shops are open? Not a lot. I now have an upset 6 year old with wet underwear because you don't have a BASIC provision of a toilet. God forbid an individual with a disability of any kind needs the toilet in your store and is turned away.... A child s turned away. This is disgraceful! You need to do more about it. Yes it's a shame 1 or 2 people ruin things but what about the other 100 people that don't and use the toilet correctly, you've just let them down! Fact, your a big supermarket, in todays day and age get a toilet!

I think it’s absolutely disgusting that your store doesn’t have customer toilets. Not acceptable for people with diabetes or illnesses, or even pregnancy. Where are your customers supposed to go? Will not be returning.

Don’t shop here very often so thought I would pop in to look at tu clothes - needed toilet first but guess what, none in the store now! So had to go home. You have lost a potential customer.
