I Just want to say thank you for everyone at oxney road... Especially a gentlemen on the self service tills today who saw I was struggling so entertained my 2 year by making a boat out of paper my son did not put it down all day. This is not the first time many members of staff stop and chat to him and he is very talkative. Just want to say a massive thank you to every single member of staff :) amazing.

Good breakfast stop. The Mrs enjoyed her porridge & my ham & cheese omelette was fine.

Just want to say thank you my mum was in a little distress today and two members of staff helped her into a wheelchair very much appreciated we're all very greatful such friendly and helpful members of staff one of them Also being a first aider xx

Have just received my shopping by delivery ..all the fresh food had short dates ! 1 or 2 days a few even use by tomorrow � we expected better !

Well will never eat at Sainsbury cafe again. After ordering our food we sat at a dirty table as there were no clean ones available. I had to ask them to clean it obviously! . Then the whole time I was there to they didn't clean a single table they would clear the table but not wipe it down just leave it for the next customer black filth down the side of the tables were they put them together and the dirt accumulated, may I add I was in there over 50 minutes �� also crockery was dirty absolute filth ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿½ï¿ ½ï¿½

Tea was cold. Service slow and poor. The waitress stood with our food, chatting to her friends, with no concept that customers might like their order whilst it was warm. Frankly, we felt as though we were interfering with her social life. Won’t be eating here again.

Sainsbury's used to sell the best jam doughnuts as they were baked in store now they buy them in and they are horrible just like other supermarkets. I only shopped there for the doughnuts but i wont be shopping there now What a shame Sainsbury's.

Just had the most awful experience in your store. A slim blonde lady came in from the gym and a member of staff gawked at her, called over friends to 'check her out' while attracting other customers attention.



I was queued at self service near produce and he got the attention of 5-6 other members of staff to look at her.



I then went to customer service to report it and find he was telling the lady there too and still talking about it loudly.



How can people feel comfortable shopping in this store when staff like that are judging, gawking and pointing you out to others.



I felt really uncomfortable myself but also for the lady :(

I when today in Sainsbury’s for

shopping,anyway i finish shopping and i paid and I was just putting shopping in my car the security come and said to X use me you haven’t paid,i said what i haven’t paid, hi said yes you haven’t paid, i did show the receipt. What a idiot. And the service in the store is rubbish.
