We shop here all the time and always feel welcomed by the staff. They even checked up when they saw our girl out without us, she was with her grandparents! It's a good sized store and we've never had a problem getting what we need here. Definitely would recommend

Wanted to say a thank you to the staff at Clapham Sainsbury's for helping me out on Friday when I was shopping in the afternoon and my 16 month old daughter was not in the best mood! Seeing I was struggling on my own with her, a kind lady opened another checkout and took us to it. She then proceeded to help me unload my trolley as I had my daughter in my arms whilst a colleague scanned our shopping. She then also helped pack our bags and entertained my daughter whilst doing so! What a life saver!

I visited Sainsbury Petrol station on Clapham road yesterday (16.1.17) I accidentally started putting the wrong fuel in! Thanks to the 2 member of staff who were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist. We managed to correct the issue and touch wood my car is ok but I just wanted to say thank you to the staff that helped

A truly lovely and welcoming store! We very much enjoy our shopping trip here. The staff know us and interact with our daughters and the cafe serves fantastic childrens meals that my eldest loves. Friendly, happy, welcoming and positive atmosphere and experience at all times. Thank you!

Would like to know if my crystallized ginger is okay to eat? Bought it today, just realised it's a month out of date!

I know it's a long shot but I've lost a well loved silver 1920S deco bracelet with chunky clasp and silver triangular links over the weekend. I was in Clapham rd Sainsburys .Has it been handed in please I would be so happy if it was found I'm gutted it's so rare it's irreplaceable

Got a number of nectar vouchers through the post from Sainsbury’s offering extra points for shopping!! Great stuff!! One of them said spend a pound, swipe your card, redeem your coupon and get a Halloween surprise so I did and not only was I surprised I was gobsmacked! My surprise was to receive 1p of my shopping bill!! Wow can’t contain my excitement, thank you Sainsbury’s!! Was it really worth the effort sending out this voucher? Happy Halloween.

We used the self servos tills ( don't bother) rude customer service person . We had a mishap with some yogurt so I asked for help she just walked away she could see I had it all over my legs where it has spattered but it was left to another person to ask.if we needed another pot ! Then to many yogurts came up but we went sure if another item had been added to which all she said was " put it in the bag " we tried explaining to her but once again she kept saying put it in the bag no politeness or was I ok did I need a cloth .. she just didn't want to know .. not ever going back to Bedford store to be treated like idiots ..

The café is ridiculous because of lack of staff serving.

The same poor person serving, makes the drinks too. This is a LONG process. If you are on your lunch break you have NO chance of getting your food in time.

This has been going on for considerable time now. Something that really needs to be addressed. Staff are lovely but I feel sorry for them constantly dealing with annoyed customer who get fed up with the wait.

Love this store but the 'suits' need to consider their customers.

It shouldn't take fifteen odd mins plus to order food... by the time you then get it, lunch breaks gone.

Not sure about your fuel pricing policy. Easily the most expensive fuel in Bedfordshire yesterday. 3p a litre more expensive than Shell and 6p a litre more expensive than Tesco (where I put 70 litres in), crazy...!

Worst place to work managers on your case 24-7 no real training on shop floor this was night shift work stacking shelves really bad work environment not recommend

Will never ever step foot in ANY of their shops again.

Went into the Hamilton store ( lanarkshire, scotland) after a football match on Wed 9th Aug, to buy 4 lagers, and a bottle of real ale.

Anyway when i got to the counter the young assistant accused me of being drunk ( hardly i had 1 pint......YES 1 PINT), before the football, and i had a football shirt on, in which she stated i could not by booze because of this !!!!

I was that embarresed, shocked, that i left without causing any fuss, so i emailed Head office to complain, which they swept under the carpet.

Not letting this lie, i phoned the shop up on Thursday morning/ early afternnon, and spoke to a duty manager, politely asking to look at their cctv, which he agreed to do. As yet he has not phoned me back ( After promising he would do), so i have decided to warn others that dont dare buy booze ( even after you have had a glass of wine or if you wear a football shirt !!!),

I am 45 and this may sound far fetched, but seriously its one of the most bizarre incidents i have ever been involved in.

As i say i for one will NEVER buy another thing from this lot again, and plead with others to think twice about shopping with them, as they treat their customers like dirt.

I have pleaded to them to watch the cctv, but deaf ears me thinks !!!

Ok Sainsbury's. I fell over in your store Wednesday afternoon and my son contacted your H.O. about it. They or you were supposed to phone me. And as yet no contact! Your Manager didn't even come over to see how I was! Especially as my fall was as a result of a slippery wet floor . Good customer service. not!

You didn't even complete an accident form at the time to log the incident and for me to sign it. So. What are you going to do about it?

I'm a pensioner and the fall has really affected me. Plus I spent all day in bed yesterday in pain.
