Thank you to the wonderful cafe staff who kindly picked up my mobile phone and kept it safe for me when left it on the table. They even went out of their way to find me and return it! Absolute superstars!! ��� EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE xx

Thank you to the two ladies at the check out today at around 11.30-12 !



My baby had a full on melt down just as I was bout to unload the items. I didn't have to ask for help, the lady at the check out said I'll call someone over to help unpack..

another lady arrived put everything left on the check out and then also packed it all in bags and put it back in my trolley. All I had to do was try and calm my baby down and pay. They even offered to take my trolley to the car for me.

Super kind and super needed.

Will be shopping again there more regularly.. or maybe I'll just stay at home and shop online �

Stress-free Christmas shop. Easy parking. Found everything I wanted. Free gift of liquer from the lovely Alan - one of the special customer helpers (a nice touch, thank you). Straight to an empty till. 5/5.

Just wanted to say a massive thanks to the guys who helped us out this morning when my 2yr old daughter vomited all over herself at the check out. They helped us clean up and let us take some of the clothes we had been buying for her into the baby change before we paid for them. She's fine now about to have her roast dinner. Ur team were so helpful and kind and I'd just like to apologise to the lovely guy who had to mop up x

Just wanted to say a big "Thank You" to the young man on your security desk who organised and helped me obtain one of your electric mobility shopping carts when I visited Hardwick Store around 12noon on Friday 6th January. He and the person who was collecting shopping trollies made my trip a pleasure instead of a drudge. Also the lady on the Customer Returns counter, she is always so smiley and helpful. Sorry that I don't have their names. Hope you can pass on my thanks.Hilary

I'd like to thank Rob and Karen, we made a mistake when I ordered a turkey, it was the wrong store, we've only been up here a few months and didn't realise there were 2 in kings Lynn, I'd like to thank you for giving us a free turkey, have a good Christmas

I would like to thank the staff in Kings Lynn Sainsbury cafe for the excellent care they gave my elderly mother yesterday, when she had a diabetic episode. Special thanks to Sara (first aider) for the professional care and reassurance she gave. Well done! Many thanks. x

I would just like to thank Sharon on the bakery counter. My 23 month old boy was having tantrum, crying not listening to me and she came over distracted him and gave him a free biscuit, from the counter. Thank you very much for your support. Made my shopping with you a lot easier. Xx

I just want to say a huge Thankyou to the lovely Karen and ur Hardwick store in kings lynn.... my 2 year old daughter was stood admiring the Christmas animated teddies and she comes over and says hello and creates a conversation and says how good her lil dance to the tunes were.... then she showed my daughter an amazing rolling Christmas dog and then sd she was able to take it home.... I've forgotten what she called it but it was basically they were giving gifts to selected customers. I am so grateful and take my hats off to Sainsbury's for doing this and can't thank Karen enough for choosing us and being so lovely and wishing us a merry Christmas, I now have one happy little lady who will not let go of her new dog. Thank you again Karen and Sainsbury's ��������

Didn't actually go there, was next door at the frozen food factory but telling my Facebook friends where l was having a teabreak with my flask but didn't have Penguins namenities on it , I'm sure it's a nice place to shop, although I'm an Aldi, and Asda person sorry�

This is my weekly shopping place, everything is within one premises such as recycling centre, hassle free parking, several departments (dry goods, bakery, fresh & produce, garment, pharmacy & restaurant ) with plenty of options, superb brand quality of Taste the Difference products, petrol station & car washing, I love this place. I have two requests, appreciate if you could fix a water tap & rubbish bin by the recycling point as to clean our hands after unloading recycled materials.

Today I popped in for a breakfast, I opted for the meat free breakfast but didn't want the eggs! I was told if I wanted to swap I would be charged extra?! Surly an egg costs no more than beans?? I was shocked by this. I have never in any cafe been told it is extra to swap an item.... sainsbury I don't feel a swap is unreasonable! ��

I was a bit disappointed this evening. Bought some undyed smoked haddock yesterday from the fish counter and this evening made haddock chowder, unfortunately it didn't seem smoked at all and didn't taste the same as usual. Was it on the wrong place on the counter?

Visited Sainsbury's at lynn got home to wisbech checked my recipt and had been charged twice for one item of costume jewlery which was £5 so now cost me £10 so rang the store and they said they would send me out my £5 refund in a gift card which wasnt to happy but would save me a journey back to lynn on the 8th may surprise no show and its now the 11th so to all shoppers also check your receipts as how many times your items get put threw rip of brittian

I used the garage yesterday lunchtime(Saturday 10th Sept) and found the girl on the till rather rude. When paying she constantly chatted to the other worker on the next till. Just about forced a thank you at the end. Then continued talking to her colleague. No smile or customer service.

Repeatedly sent out of date or manky food in our online shopping order. Have complained but nothing changes. They really couldn't care less and I think they use the online shopping orders to get rid of stuff with a short shelf life. They refund promptly but that's no help if you have to do a 15 mile round trip to nearest shop to replace a product you need, rather defeats the point of online shopping.

Not very good really, ordered drinks and a panini, waited 12 minutes and panini had not arrived, still sat in the toaster. The panini was so hard and overcooked it was nigh-on impossible to bite into, I took it back for a replacement, which I waited for whilst it cooked, about 7 minutes. Tables had not been cleared or wiped down, maybe the staff were on holiday speed, not really interested in looking after the customers. Maybe next time I venture through Kings Lynn I will visit TESCO and try their service.
