I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff that were on shift yesterday morning that helped my grandad as much as they were able and for making the situation as dignified as they could, thank you all so much, myself and my family are all incredibly grateful for all your help

I ordered my elderly mum an online shop last week ,she had never had online delivery before.The driver was so helpful carrying the shopping into the kitchen. It made her feel so happy . Thanks very much!!

I always shop here and i like it. Its clean and staff are very polite and helpful. However, in the cafe the latte and cappuccino were luke warm

A pot of tea and some carrot cake. £2.50. Was lovely.

I was in shopping yesterday and was obviously looking puzzled in the beer wines and spirits part and one of the staff took some time to help me and offer advice about some different gins, he was very well presented and very very helpful. Made my experience a lot better.

I would like to offer my thanks to Tim Ferris

I'll certainly be asking for his help again if I need it. He deserves rewarding as he is an asset to your staff

Toilets are less than desirable ! Cafe is lovely just could do with tables cleaned more often

Bought chicken grill in a box and bloody plastic inside the chicken itself i am truly not happy

You seriously need to look at stock rotation, this was purchased Saturday!!!

The cafe was dirty , understaffed and generally scruffy . The poor lady behind the till was unable to make the drinks we wanted as she hadn’t been trained , yet she was left on her own !!! I thought Sainsbury’s was meant to be one of the better supermarkets... also the toilets were filthy and stinking of urine , they needed a good bit of bleach thrown around on there .

given a voucher for nectar points which says come into store and scan and we will give you 1000 points. was visiting cafe - can i claim in cafe ? no? do i have to buy something ? yes ? why ? thats not what the voucher says. staff eventually gave me points and told me store manager had decreed you must buy something in order to claim. Who makes the policy store manager or head office? very very poor customer service - while trying to encourage me into store has had exactly the opposite effect. I'm back to Asda, Lidi and Morrisons next week - good luck sainsburys - with customer service so poor no wonder you loose sales. by the way i spent 12 pounds in the cafe (which is good).

Well, i can say only one thing about this shopping center, and it will be that i will never come back, why? because today, i bought 2 pay & go top up's for O2, but it seems that the women who was attending me, made a mistake, and give'd me 2 top up's for Vodafone, well, i didn't checked it that moment, because i was in a hurry, when i was in home, tried to top up, but noticed that the top up's are not for O2 but for Vodafone, so i came back ( aprox. 2 hours after i bought them ) , and they said? that it was too late, that i must come back 1 hour max. after the purchase.... seriuosly??? i loose'd 30 pounds, for a human mistake, no, i'm not angry with the women who was attending me, i'm angry with Sainsbury , and Vodafone, because this was not my mistake, i was a customer, i spend money, and it seems that you guys didn't give a F*** about that, like i said before, i will never come back there again, even if it was the last shop on earth, and i will be starving, i will not come back.

We ordered online for the first time this week and they cancelled our order, didn't let us know and now me and my young children are left without food until we get a refund 3-5 working days. Terrible service and no resolution or compensation were offered.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Humiliated and made to feel like a thief in front of other shoppers because of staff error.
