Nice clean store and café bit pricey for a whole shop but for bits and bobs ok clothing is good value

May I congratulate your store for it`s caring attitude Today I witnessed one of your staff helping a blind gentleman onto the Bus , with his shopping and making sure he was seated safely , other people on the Bus noticed this actn of kindness, Well done,

Why sainsburys have you stopped selling warburtons baps

I’m not happy

The other baps you are selling now are horrible

Please get them back in store

Nice clean store. Only popped in for a few bits. Won't be popping in again though at those prices!

After my experience in this store I don't feel like I want to come back again. On the 28th August I came to do my normal shop. Paid for my shopping the. Realised I had a £3 of coupon off, so I went to the help desk to get it back. They sorted that out. Then a man came over to me and said by any chance where you shopping here at the weekend? I said I can't remember.. he said buying pizza and beer? Me oh yes that would be me and me other half why? Because someone who looks like you had tried to pay contactless and it didn't work. I'm standing there going bright red. Everyone's looking at me like I'm a criminal!!!. All because your paying service didn't work right. I haven't been back since, this has put me off coming back to your store.

Obviously very little training in customer service and customer care. A young girl on customer service turned a comment about having full priced goods in close proximity to offers into a bad experience. In the end she told me you argue with me and I'll argue with you, in that teenager voice we all love. When I looked for the name badge she said it's Zoe ZOE

I gave up and left the store

Customer service needs to be improved � one lady in particular is rude and intimidating � puts me right off shopping there

Rude, intimidating staff and filthy checkouts. Only positive is I didn't get charged twice for my items like I did last time I visited.

Really disappointed when shopping today to find out that this store no longer sells frozen corn on cob. Very inconvenient.

Posh cakes bought for Xmas but 5 days outta date! Can't return as can't find the receipt

I went into Sainsbury's biddulph today to buy my poorly son some calpol, as I only work across the road I didn't take my purse in. I got rudely asked for ID when I clearly do not look 16!! Due to me not having it on me she refused to sell it to me I was very annoyed so just left, I then went to a pharmacy in the town to purchase this without being asked for ID. Think your staff need training on customer service!!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER TODAY
