We had not been here before as fairly new to Norfolk. Popped in for petrol - which was a very good price - and for lunch. No complaints, hubby and I enjoyed the breakfast meal and thought the cafe was a good size. Didn't food shop or look at the whole store but browsed and bought from the clothing section. Looks like a spacious and clean store and we found staff helpful.

The male member of staff in the bureau de change in the Costessey, Norwich branch is so friendly and helpful! He was a pleasure to deal with yesterday.

Only visiting the area for university open day but breakfast was delicious as staff lovely and friendly. Thanks

I'd like to say thank you to the security guard who saw my four year old granddaughter looyfking oking like she was about to leave the store alone. He couldn't know that her granddad had just lnnebñft to go to the car or that I wasn't far behindv her. He just spotted her, and left his position to follow and ensure that she was ok. She may not have been. Shhe could have been lost. And both security guards were alert and were ready to leap into action. Thank you. 😁👍🏼

A young guy who works here helped me out last night right as the store was closing and I didn't catch his name - I really want to say a massive thank you to him!! If there's any way of finding out please can someone message me to let me know, or pass this message on? Service here is always fantastic, but he went above and beyond to the point I even feel guilty as he didn't need to... THANK YOU!!!

Went to the toys sale.. it was not that busy. (Got there at 6:45am) unfortunately it was so hard to find them all from being scattered around the place.. but some good toys. Definitely need more for boys instead of just dinosaurs tho 😢 staff where friendly and was going round putting toys back to where they should be which was great! Not like thetford dumped and left😡 let’s hope next year there are different things 😀

The store is brilliant. Can't fault it. The restaurant could do with updating / changing their menu - don't think it's changed much since the store opened. Plus, they need to clean or replace their dishwasher. Crockery and cutlery is often dirty.

Staff very friendly but a big BUT ladies clothing was horrible I couldn't find anything I liked !!! Designs were awful . Needs a new look. Sorry ended up buying from Next .

Got a token for triple nectar points, went back later in the day, spent another £50, token not accepted. Tiny rip offs...

About time there cracked down on people parking illegally in disabled bays

Was just in this store and wanted to purchase a Gluten Free pizza express pizza! I noticed all the other pizzas in this range were reduced from £4.25 to £2.50! The gluten free pizza didn't appear to have this offer, so I took it up to the till to be told that head office had decided not to reduce this one like the others! My question is why should I be discriminated against for having an allergy? Not impressed at all �

Waited nearly half an hour for the breakfast & it was luke warm when it arrived, the spread had been put on the toast and not on the side of the plate so therefore the toast was soggy, my toast was burnt one side, the scrambled egg looked like it had been sitting around a while too. Not impressed and would not eat there again.

The traffic in the car park today was really bad u need to put an extra exit way in I sat in traffic for over an hour and moved 10 metres altogether 2 hours before I finally made out onto main road it's a bloody joke

So much for your toy event I would have loved to have got a few presents for my little girl ready for Christmas unfortunately she will miss out this year due to the fact that by the time I had left work there was nothing left. You could hold stuff back and restock at different times to let everyone at least have a chance!

Really dissapointed today, I went into the cafe to have a decaff latte as they are lovely but was unable to as they have new coffee machines so are now unable to make them, my only choice was a Decaff instant coffee!!! I can make them at home!!!! Shame 🙁

Hi I just received my easter voucher but mine says five pounds off home ware I was disappointed with this as my friends have five pounds off anything and I will not be buying anything from home ware currently? Why different ones for different customers?
