Saneco Limited Description
Saneco is an UK brand of kitchen sinks, bathroom washing basins and bathtubs produced from marble, granite and quartz on our partner factories across the world. Our products are distinguished by aesthetics, high quality with wide range of models and colours which fits perfectly into any interiors.
Kitchen sinks and mixers are being produced in two versions: “Gloss” series (deep polished gloss) and “Matt” series (matt smooth surface). Bathroom washing basins and bathtubs are produced only in “Gloss” series with higher content of natural marble stone.
Our casting stone is a composition, based on 80% of natural ground granite, marble or quartz and 20% polyester (or acrylic) resin. The products are formed by casting vibration in special fibreglass mould.
The primary and most important competitive advantage of our products is that the base filler is not a marble aggregate and micro-calcite but quartzite of the highest quality from a German manufacturer, even in the economy class series. Thus, in the composition with polyester resin, Saneco casting stone becomes an analogue of natural granite (similar chemical formulas SIO2 more than 80% ), which on the Mohs scale of hardness has 7 points against 4 points in marble. This means, that granite is three levels harder and more durable than marble (for example, diamond, the hardness leader, has 10 points).
Antibacterial component on the base of silver prevents the spread of bacteria on the surface of all Saneco composite products.
Saneco cast stone products are high durable, environmentally friendly, resistance to aggressive environments and ultraviolet radiation, frost and moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to vibration and abrasion, resistance to temperature changes (-40 - + 110 °C), upon condition of smooth transition between extreme temperatures.
