Such a gorgeous place! Relaxed and helpful staff. The other students were great too! I found the training amazing-I attended a masterclass. The right level of information. Masterclasses are often looking and listening rather than taking part which is what we done. I was able to recreate the look with the help of the tutor being there. Being able to use and try different make up and techniques was second to none.

Really great and professional course. Have completed an Asian Bridal course and Luxury Bridal by Rae Mathieson. Excellent

Loved the luxury bridal class. It was so nice to talk and learn in such a relaxed environment. Everyone was amazing, space was beautiful and the makeup kit was every makeup artists dream. Learned so much in a short time and it's nice to hear that all the students love their time there. Will definitely be back for more courses. X

I trained initially with another makeup artist who was great but really only learnt the basics. Working as mainly a wedding makeup artist and not much confidence to break out into other fields I chose to do some of the masterclasses over the following year and loved every minute of all of them. They were informative, professional but also fun. Not intimidating or elitist and i always left feeling inspired to do more. The Academy is a warm and inviting place to learn with likeminded and enthusiastic tutors who teach by example and always have positive input. I decided to go back in January this year to complete the Pro Course and again it was fantastic. I topped up my basic skills and learnt more than i expected on the advanced part. I now feel that i could confidently take on more creative challenges and if i have an issue theres a great aftercare programme that supports every graduate. Including giving you opportunities to work alongside previous graduates and many others professionals in the business. I would highly recommend taking the leap if youre hesitating. It really did change the way i thought about my business. xx

I owe everything to the TAOM family! I traveled from Aberdeen every day to do the Pro course and it was the best decision I ever made. It's an atmosphere and experience like no other! Everyone at TAOMHQ is super friendly and supportive and just so down to earth, everyday we had a laugh! The academy itself is beautiful and in the centre of Glasgow! The aftercare programme is amazing with fantastic opportunities. I've been apart of some now and they've all been surreal, really, surreal!! The seminars and workshops they offer are so helpful and useful also. When you graduate you're not just forgotten about either which I think is a major bonus, everyone there goes out their way and helps the best they can. I graduated 30.9.17, a day ill never forget. I had an amazing class and made friends for life, another bonus! X

I did the Complete Pro Course at the Academy and loved every minute of it. All the tutors were so inspiring and I wouldn't be where I am in my career today without them. They really inspired me to get into the makeup industry and pursue what I love. The tutors made every lesson a fun and relaxed atmosphere. A year and a half later I still email the academy of any questions and they are still so helpful. I would recommend the academy to anyone! I cannot recommend the academy enough. Since graduating, the academy have provided fantastic opportunities at some amazing events. They give you a great kick start to a new career, something that is very daunting to a lot of people but they help give you the confidence you need to make it possible. All of the tutors are incredible, so warm and friendly with extensive knowledge and experience and the fact they are all so on hand, keeping in contact still even months after graduating, really making you feel like part of the family. I cannot wait to attend more courses and continue to develop my skills. 10/10!! Worth every penny and more!!! xxx

I attended the Academy and went through their pro course which taught me so much from the basics to editorial, backstage, bridal the list goes on.....the tutors have such a vast knowledge having worked worldwide for many years in the industry so you really are being taught by the best. The aftercare is first class, I have had so many opportunities since finishing my course from TAOM, they really are an amazing academy to train with!

I attended the Aberdeen complete bridal course in September 2015 & can not recommend the course enough to aspiring MUA's. The 9 week course was in-depth, I learnt so much & the tutors - Rae Mathieson, Jade Koeman & Sara Hill were all fantastic. We also had a photoshoot at the end of the course which we receive the images from to start your portfolio with.

I look forward to booking & attending my next course with the Academy in the very near future. Thank you all again xxx
