Hello my name is Sarah and I am based in Watford, Hertfordshire.
I am very different to any high street agent as I offer an elite service to my clients, from the minute you contact me I offer exceptional customer service and will do all I can to get you the correct travel arrangements and make it the perfect holiday for you. Not only this but I appreciate every customer who contacts me and I will look after them even while they are in resort. I offer a service that comes second to none against online and high street agents. I love my job and therefore take great pride in what I do and I care about every aspect of your holiday.
I joined Travel Counsellors after a break from the travel industry, and I'm very glad I did. There is no other career in the world as good as one in Travel. I get to make my clients dreams come true, from a 5 Star luxury honeymoon to a nice break in the UK every client has their own needs and tastes and I enjoy the variety of the job and finding the client exactly what they want.
Before I joined Travel Counsellors I worked in a high street travel agent for 3 years, and within this time I gained a lot of experience within the travel industry, I have been very lucky to be able to travel, myself, to some fabulous places. Kenya being my favourite. In the travel industry you learn new things every day and with our huge range of suppliers we can use you are not tied to 1 operator. This makes the world your oyster and the prefect holiday is within reach.
So for any travel need even if it’s just some advice, please do not hesitate to call or email me and I will do all I can to get you exactly what you want and look after you even after you have travelled. The world is out there for you to explore.
