For International Book Giving Day the nursery I volunteer in received this book. Upon talking to the headteacher it has been agreed that I will also donate a copy to the main schools library! This is truly 1 part I absolutely adore about being an organiser!

International Book Giving Day takes place on 14th February each year. The aim? To get books into the hands of as many children as possible. International Book Giving Day is a 100% volunteer initiative aimed at increasing children's access to and enthusiasm for books. For Book Giving Day this year I shall be donating to the Nursery that I volunteer in. If you would like to do the same or add to the donation let me know. (Im quite sure that any donation would be welcomed)

I am loving the latest two additions to the Little Transfer series. With full-colour scenes ready to be decorated with rub-down transfers (and pages to colour as well!), these lovely books are perfect for encouraging creativity and concentration.
My Meggie has the Unicorn one that she received for Christmas and absolutely loves the fact she can do the transfers herself!

Happy birthday to A. A. Milne, who was born on this day in 1882. We're celebrating the creator of Winnie the Pooh (our favourite honey-loving bear! 🍯) with a bear, donkey, piglet, tiger and rabbit of our own.

This really did make me chuckle! I do use kindle for reading sometimes, but nothing is better than a real book!
