Enjoy a free coffee and newspaper before or after your holiday (or both!) whilst your kids have an ice lolly and amuse themselves with our new activity packs.
Children will be offered an activity pack if we see them, but if they're outside when you're checking in, please ask for one at reception.

The final count is in! We raised £1,124.14 for Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

We don't have a "product" that you can't cancel or amend. If something happens and you can't go on holiday, for whatever reason, we'll refund you. 146 of our customers benefited from this flexible policy on Monday after the collapse of Monarch.

8 new cameras installed yesterday for improved images in our vehicle condition checking booth. We obviously take great care when parking our customers' cars and this system gives additional peace of mind as we can quickly call up arrival condition photos should there be any queries on return.

Due to new environmental legislation I'm sorry to announce that we will no longer be running minibuses / buses to the airport. We have purchased 34 horses and caged equitrailers as shown, but transfer times have increased from 2 minutes to 11 minutes. Please make allowances in your timings and apologies in advance if you get any horse muck on your holiday shoes.

Please remember to book early - especially this month. We're full now until the 14th September.

Bored at the weekends? Baby up early and need an excuse to get out of the house? Like walking? Come and park cars every Saturday and Sunday morning (and I mean morning!!) from now until the end of October at Sentinel! The shift is 03:00 - 09:00 Sat and Sun and the rate of pay is £7.78/hr. You'll need to be hard working, have a driving licence with no more than 3 points and be good with people. We have a great team at Sentinel and everyone enjoys working here. I've used Sentinel a few times now and I've always been happy with the service however we were extremely impressed with how they treated us after a flight delay this week. Fantastic customer service.

I have used Sentinel many times now, and will be doing so again soon. Always a smooth transition, no hassle, from parking my car up, to being taken to the airport in a matter of minutes. They keep track of flights, so are always waiting for you on your return. A quick trip back to Sentinel Parking, retrieve your keys and you're on your way home! Brilliant. Always courteous and friendly staff, good customer service.

I have used Sentinel five times - I have just booked another with them for September. I simply would not go anywhere else. I just would not consider anywhere else. The costs are reasonable, the service if second to none and the staff are friendly and polite. Well done Sentinel

Have been using Sentinel for a number of years now. Having first used airport park and ride I can only say there is no comparison. Customer service excellent,no waiting at either end. Even one occasion when we were held up in the airport, reporting lost luggage .

First time we have used this car park. I live really close but have young children so prefer to pay the extra to park as is safer than being without car seats in a taxi.

Dropped of on 30/08/17 at 4am - parked right outside reception and dropped keys off - must have been in there 15 seconds at most. Two busses were ready waiting and set off as soon as we got on.

Dropped right at the front of the terminal.

Return journey was just as swift despite being in the middle of the afternoon on 06/09/17. Again two buses waiting and instant collection of keys. Car parked right next to the reception.

I preferred Sentinel moving vehicle and parking it back out front - the bays are nice and large to get kids in and out and nobody “doors” your car like in the tiny long stay car parks. Also you don’t have to parks miles away. They only move it to the compound at the rear of the drop off.

Very, very professional and I will be using them again, thanks.

Always use sentinel when travelling from Leeds Bradford. Wish they worked out if manchester too! Totally recommend!

After previously using the Leeds/Bradford Airport park and ride, and struggling to lift heavy cases onto their racks whilst the driver sat there watching, it was a great start to our holiday when the Sentinel driver loaded the cases and bags on for everyone. We will use Sentinel in future. Such a great start and end to our holiday. It couldn't have been easier. Thanks Sentinel, so pleased we discovered you. Well impressed with your customer service.

This is the first time we have used this car park as we don't usually fly from Leeds / Bradford Airport . The car park is easy to find and not far away from the airport itself . We flew on the 2nd September and booked a weeks parking, on arrival we checked our car in and left the car keys at the reception desk . A bus was waiting to take other people and ourselves to the airport Departure's . The driver was friendly and helpful and helped the passengers with their luggage on and off the bus and wished everyone a good journey/holiday.

We arrived back in the UK yesterday 9th September from Alicante landing around 14 . 15 pm after having a great holiday , but it was raining quite heavily and made our way to the pick point to be taken back to the Car Park to pick our vehicle up . This is why I haven't given Sentinel 5 stars After a great holiday it was ruined by the returning bus driver , if he had worn a name badge I would have named and shamed him . As stated it was raining and quite a few passengers were waiting for to be picked up to collect their vehicles many were trying to get out of the rain to keep dry and were waiting in the Sentinel Bus shelter . The bus arrived but the driver didn't stop directly at the stop where he should , He thought it was a joke to drive by passenger's laughing loudly at everyone getting wet , stopping eventually at the back of the queue to which the passengers who had just arrived boarded first . A passenger asked why he had done that he just blatantly laughed at them and thought it was funny . He then started rudely shouting at the passengers , didn't want to help people with their luggage , but then started taking passengers luggage and virtually throwing them about . He obviously had a BAD ATTITUDE PROBLEM . He even shut the bus door on a lady separating her from her daughter which caused panic as she thought she was getting left behind . On return to the car park again this driver did not offer any assistance to anyone who needed it . This driver was not relatively young but middle to retirement age .

Collection of keys and vehicle went smoothly as staff behind the desk were efficient and friendly a breath of fresh air , after the encounter with Mr Bad Attitude Grumpy Driver who if he doesn't enjoy his work leave the company, and maybe the company would have 5 STARS .
