never could take my son to our old hair salon without 4 adults restraining him to have his haircut as he has additional needs which ii hated doing so i needed to find somewhere else and i did i found serinty loves and since coming to Serenity Loves he will willing sit in the car seat and allow the ladies to cut his hair and can guarantee it will always be a lovely cut and he always comes out smiling instead of tears and always looks forward to his next hair cut well done Serenity Loves James is full of smiles will be showing friends at nursery his hair cut today :)

Took my little girl today to have her ears pierced and what a fabulous experience it was! The staff were amazing especially Gabby, very professional and so kind and caring. I have one very happy little princess, thanks to Serenity Loves xx

Regularly go to Serenity Loves for my haircuts and most recently they were booked to do hair and makeup for my sister’s wedding! Emma and Charley were wonderful, hair looked amazing and stayed in all night, so much effort was made on all from the first trial straight through to the big day! Would highly recommend the whole team for your hair appointments and for events you may have! Lovely ladies!x

I’ve been getting my hair cut at Serenity’s for just over a year now with Emma. Emma knew I wanted to improve the healthiness of my hair ready for my wedding this summer. Now, my hair is in the best condition it has been in for years and I regularly get compliments about it. When it came to my wedding day, following a couple of trials which were equally professional yet relaxed, Emma and Charley arrived with a calm and relaxed approach to the morning, helping the whole bridal party to enjoy the morning. They worked around our timings with makeup and getting changed etc without making us feel like we needed to rush. All of our hair was beautiful and everyone in the party was extremely happy with the final product. My hair remained in the whole day and night and looked amazing. I am so pleased I chose Serenity Loves to be my hairdressers at the wedding. Thank you for your part in making my wedding day amazing!

I was meant to do this

5 days ago but having a pre-schooler time runs away! That is why I loved my hair being gone by Jess on Monday morning. A whole hour that flew by with a lovely chat while making me feel amazing! She was an absolute star and my hair feels amazing. Thank you so much �

I took our daughter to have her ears pierced , I booked on line and on the morning I had a phone call to make sure it was all ok , I asked if they could fit her in any earlier as she was getting a little nervous so they had a look and fitted her in at half 11 which was great , we got there and we were both welcomed by the lovely ladies lots of smiles and greeted phoebe with excitement about her getting her ears done phoebe was given a range of earrings to choose from I was given some paper work to read through fill out and sign , we were then take to the play room where they we very chatty with her and made her at ease they explained everything to her what they were going to do like cleaning her ears then dots were put on each ear , there was never a time where either myself or our daughter felt uncomfortable and no awkward silences' , I paid a little extra to have both her ears done at the same time , 1 2 3 and they were done , no tears still lots of smiles she was then given a certificate and a lolly just perfect I would totally recommend serenity loves , thank you so much xx

I took my little girl today for a mummy hair tutorial with Emma. We had a lovely time and my little girl was made to feel like a princess. She was so happy and has been talking about it all evening. I have been coming to serenity for a few years now and have been seeing Ashleigh for just over a year. Ashleigh has completely transformed my hair from block bleach blonde to something that i love! Couldnt reccomend Ashleigh enough �

I had my hair done at a different hairdressers last week as a birthday treat and it was awful the colour was bad and patchy and just completely wrong. I had a consultation at the weekend at serenity loves with Emma who was very kind and reassured me they could definitely make it look better so I had my hair done today with Natalie and she definitely did not disappoint it looks amazing and I really feel like she took the time and cared about fixing my hair for me one very very happy customer! And all the staff are lovely which is an added bonus to the experience �

I had a colour and cut and finish with Diana today and I she did an amazing job, I always come out happy when she does my hair. I also used the playroom for the first time today which I was a bit apprehensive about as my little boy never been left with anyone other than family but Gabby was brilliant and I could see her on the screen reading book after book to him (and he wanted a LOT of books �). He didn't want to leave at the end. I'd highly recommend these ladies �.

Brilliant salon! Jess gave me a restyle on the 17th July - cutting about 5 inches off my hair and I’m so happy with it! Jess was lovely and conversation was constant (not forced which I find at most hairdressers). I felt so relaxed and made to feel at ease. I will defiantly be going back to have my hair coloured.

Booked in for a balayage and restyle with one of the girls, the service was faultless but upon going home and washing my hair I was really unhappy with the cut.

I spoke to the assistant manager who booked me in for a free cut and blow dry with a conditioning treatment and they were really apologetic, I had my hair done again by senior stylist Diana and I’m so happy again with the service and now hair cut.

Book in with these girls, you won’t be disappointed and if you are, they’ll rectify it for you without anything being awkward and uncomfortable.

Been to serenity loves for a while now after being recommened by a friend who uses them, i used to have Gemma as my stylist but about a year ago i got moved to Asheligh due to Gemma leavin. Since Asheligh been doing my hair i have been really happy with her doing my hair, she knows how i have it and can also have a good chat about whats going on. She always keeps me in the loop if need to change appointment or if running behind she gets a fellow colleague to start washing my hair then comes and finishes it off when done, she never leaves you to just sit there. I would recommened them to anyone, always happy with the outcome. �

Amazing!! My 7yr old daughter and I had our first appointment here today, we were welcomed, offered a drink and the care, professionalism was second to none!

My daughter felt very special and her hair looks great! I was thrilled with my results!
