I started Ju Jitsu when I was 14 and someone tried to mug me for my small change on a London tube train. I learned lots of life lessons from the experience. I didn‚Äôt expect martial arts to transform my life....but it DID! And it continues to do so to this day. Who knows what impact it will have on you?
Introduction to Martial Arts...a 5 week course starting 26th February 2020, where you will learn about martial arts and what it can do for you...and you will learn about YOURSELF and what you can do for YOU. And for your family. And for others.
