For those of you who know me, you know it is really hard for me to share a photo of myself when I am not hiding behind a group of people. With that being said I have literally struggled with my weight my entire life. Feeling like I have always been on a diet of some sort, I can honestly say that I have finally found something that I feel can be a game changer for everyone. On December 5, 2018 I started my weight loss journey drinking 1 cup... of coffee ☕️ a day. As of today I am down 22 lbs and several inches!! Not only have I lost weight but I have also been able to get off my PPI medicine 💊 which is used to treat acid reflux. I was actually taking the strongest medication allowed for my condition and nothing was helping me. The last time I went to the Dr. in October they had found gastric polyps which had formed in my stomach due to taking the medication for an extended amount of time. Within 3 weeks of starting the coffee my acid reflux went completely away and I was able to get off my medication. This has been life changing for me. Anyone who suffers from severe acid reflux knows what I am talking about. For the first time ever I do not feel like I am on a diet. It is no longer hard to make healthy food choices. This is by far the easiest life style change that I have ever experienced. After drinking my first cup of coffee I noticed an increase in energy and focus besides my cravings being gone and my appetite suppressed. It is that EASY!!! The best part is it is made from 100% all natural products. I am a complete believer!! I am so thankful that my friend Sandy shared this with me.
