An update for those booked to travel to Steigenberger Aqua Magic, Hurghada in the near future. Today we are concentrating solely on those in resort now or flying out today. I can confirm anyone due to fly out in the immediate future, within the next 7 days will be relocated to a different hotel of the same standard. Those travelling outwith the next 7 days up until the 21st September will be contacted at the start of the week with options after we receive further updates from Thomas Cook over the weekend.

We visited nabq in July amd used your service to pick us up to and from the airport which was so efficient .. We had our wifi from you which was brilliant.. It ran out in the second week and you came straight out to replace it.. We also booked our quad biking trip which was amazing!! And a lot cheaper than we were quoted by the hotel!! Also we got talking to someone round the pool (Kerry & kerry) and they highly recommended you which was great because sometimes it's abit worring booking things outside the hotel... But your service was excellent and next time we visit sharm we want to book with you as well ... Thank you very much

We booked our cruise and stay (specific hotel at our request) with Sharm travel and the service was excellent. We had a couple of issues while away but these were dealt with very quickly and to our satisfaction. Many Thanks for a great holiday and we will be coming to you guys again soon x x

Absolutely brilliant service. I have used them to travel to Sharm without complication (except airline, which is beyond their control) also when travelling independently had a problem with my MIFI and contacted Nicola who arranged a hire for me at very short noticed. Cannot praise them enough.
